Clean rooms and nice staff

The AC was blowing but no cold air. The bed was lumpy. With both of those problems I got very little sleep. One positive thing was the guy at the front desk. He saw before I even asked that I could not climb stairs and changed me to the first floor.

Terrible, front desk person very rude, rooms were run down. The rooms smelled and pet hair everywhere. Spend the extra $10 and stay at the Travellodge where at least you get a breakfast.

Door didn’t lock toilet clogged

Pee on the toilet seat and dried poop in the bowl. No remote and TV on the wall held on with 1 strap. Changed rooms and the bathroom was clean. Blood stains on the bottom sheet and all the towels were heavily stained. Would not recommend.

It's Motel 6. Room layout is strange

It is pet friendly All rooms smelled like smoke, there was a cigarette mark on the non smoking table that was in my non smoking room. Table had two small bugs when I walked in. The curtains wrinkled . The ac did not work. When I had to pay for an upgrade the room was better but barely tolerable. Still smelled like smoke.

Assigned to a dirty taken room, poor customer service, rooms smell, bed was wirey and squeaky, shower head was wrapped with plastic bag, shower curtain- many hooks gone just 3 on there, no air conditioning, deadbolt don’t lock.

Great for my quick trip.

The clerks we're very helpful and friendly. The Motel 6 in Colorado Springs on Fillmore took a $60 Deposite off of my cashapp and NEVER got it back yet. I checked out around 8:30 & they said it would be put back on my cashapp. And it hasn't yet. The clerk we're ok and was clean. Now the one I'm staying at is really dirty. The maids has stolen stuff from me, the rooms are dirty the Doors and Windows need a lot of work. Safety is first priority over everything else not painting the the rooms first. I am so disappointed. After my stay here, I will NEVER EVER book a room from ANY Motel 6.......

I liked the help to get connected to the internet, even though the procedure was somewhat idiosyncratic. The night staff gave me a room where internet was strong. The bathroom had been flooded at some point in the past and the repair was done minimally. The bottom of the door still showed peeling paint and the new toilet was a different size and shape, so the floor had not been adequately cleaned up. I didn;t like the lack of chair at the desk. I had to cobble together a fix that moved a table for my computer such that I could sit on the bed. The stopper on the sink had been disabled so was stuck in the closed position. With the history of flooding, this should be remedied.

When you’re picking a location with the lowest rates. I definitely expected not to have the best. But the first room that we were put into as soon as you open the door that were stains all over the walls and the room smelled like smoke, but it was a non-smoking room. The staff was amazing and moved us to a different room, however that room for a kitchenette was missing drawers on dresser and missing drawers in the kitchenette area. There was stains all over the walls in every room and AC unit had not been cleaned in a while, so allergies were activated. But knowing that I spent the lowest amount in the area you get what you pay for and you cannot throw a fit. There was another guest, though that had a leg bleeding and was actively bleeding and got into the pool so we did not use the pool area at all.
