Baymont by Wyndham Pueblo

Clean, stocked, spacious rooms. Everything was as it should be. Great stay. No complaints

Nothing. It's in such a sketchy area. They claim there is no parking for anyone with a work truck or trailer even though there is room but they put signs up along 20 stalls saying no parking allowed. They tell you you'll get towed if you park on their property and suggest to park in the Mexican restaurant parking lot across the street. Front desk attendant was ambivalent and cold. Then I just happened to notice paper on the desk that they have no hot water from 9am until 12pm. No explanation, no rate discount, no apology or explanation. When I asked to cancel the reservation, she refused. So now it's 12am I am standing there calling Booking.com. I get through to them and they attempt to call the property. The same front desk attendant I am standing there with picks up says hello then hangs the phone up and says no one was there. I am still on hold with the agent who just tried to call her and he then comes back to the phone and says he was hung up on. I am also reading on previous reviews that this 9am to 12pm hot water outage is a reoccurring event. Do they do that everyday to save on utilities? This place is a dump. Don't waste your time or money. Still waiting for my refund. If it isn't refunded on my card in 48hrs I'll be filing a complaint with VISA.

Exceptional

The property was nice and well maintained. The rooms were decent size and clean. The beds were not very comfortable. The breakfast was just okay. Could have used some eggs.

Room could use a little extra deep clean, carpet is little rough and walls could be washed down in the bathroom. Over all it was a room at a decent price.

Good hot tub and pool. Breakfast was just ok with mainly carbs and very little proteins. I had a problem with getting my room key card to work and it took 4 tries to get if to open my door

The room was clean and spacious and the breakfast had a nice variety of choices. The price was very reasonable.

Room carpets were gross shower seal was coming off. Not the greatest experience.

I like the fact that the staff and the owner both are very professional. They helped me with a booking that I had booked the wrong date and when I got there they still got me a room. And when I go to Pueblo this is the place I stop at to sleep at night I feel safe and secure there.

Fix the roads around the hotel.

Great pool and hot tub! Bed was comfortable and breakfast was good

Rooms where clean and staff was really nice and welcoming

Very clean, staff was very nice, breakfast included. Mexican restaurant and a Captain D’s restaurant in the same parking lot. We walked to them. Good value for the money.

Peter, the person who checked us in was very accommodating. The main problem we had was- we were there for almost a week.We didn't want housekeeping to clean our room. We had to leave a message at the desk as someone took our "do not disturb" sign. Housekeeping cleaned our room anyway. When we got back, some of our drinks were salty tasting and some things had been rearranged. Also hotel is non smoking, we often smelled cigarette or marijuana smoke.

We had a comfortable room and bed at an affordable price. There is an elevator, which is handy for 2nd and 3rd floor rooms. The breakfast was the usual fare that I would expect- waffles, biscuits, cereal, etc.

Housekeeping was spotty. Sometimes trash was emptied, sometimes not. Not the easiest place to get to, primarily due to construction on I-25. I'll give it a miss next time.

The staff messed my room/ reservation with someone with my same first name. Breakfast had sour milk and funny tasting waffle mix
