Nice place

Worst place I have ever seen. Looks like a crack den inside the rooms. Bathroom was a disaster!

The location was central to most of the things we planned to do. Smelled of smoke! Keys kept demagnatizing. Overall it just needs updating. The room had three different floor textures/surfaces. Patch until you have to replace feels like to company posture.

I always come in with wipes before bringing my luggage. It was pretty clean but very old and in great need of updating. No room in the bathroom to set sundries and other bed only place to set luggage. Very loud, next to traffic. Left after 1 night.

Family didn't stay because of safety issues with drug dealing in parking lot.

We opted not to stay here.... too sketchy
-
It was reasonable and useful for the price?

Don't stay here! Receptionist is behind glass/plexiglass with only an inch slit for paperwork.. or you can use a drive up window. He put on rubber gloves to handle paperwork. No TV remote. No liner for garbage can and it was left on the sink. No cover for ice bucket, Gunk in tub drain. Poor lock on door.

Price. Colorado is generally expensive for motel rooms. It's a budget motel. Busy area. The Wi-Fi wasn't perfect.

It was a good location and good price. I needed something last minute and just for the night so I didn't expect a lot. It had all the necessary things I needed including toiletries The room was very old and kinda small. The mattress was falling in on one side/had a dent. There was a weird noise in my room all night.

Stayed in their room for several weeks and was charged with a pet fee for a service dog,we were told we would be reimbursed fir the pet fee, but when time came to resolve the matter at hand Manager Lulu refused to reimburse. Per the conversation with other staff member is is a Colorado State Law ,so I responded telling her what she was doing was illegal and I was going to take it with ADA she got aggressive. NOW a year later I reserve a room for my ex husband which they took the money and upon check in they refused hi. the room we paid for. This is a 75 year old Retired Vietnam Veteran who just had hip surgery. This was unnecessary, to treat him this way as I was the one that had issues with the person. The treatment was wrong on so many levels , for her to take it out on this Elderly man was uncalled for. So my advice is to make sure you bring to their attention if you are traveling with a service animal of any kind ,according to Colorado Syate Law you can not be charged with a fee. Just be aware of this charge it is not right to be taken advantage off the Elderly.

It was close to where we needed to be. The other tenants were friendly, along with staff. If you're just needing a place to crash for the night, its decent. You can tell they used to pretty run down, but they're working on it! The neighbor... a little sketchy. I wouldn't stay there as a single woman, unless you're packing protection. Run down area. Most of the businesses around that area are completely abandoned. A few druggies sitting around. For the price of a regular hotel room: $80-90 it wasn't worth the price. The rooms are meh. The bedding, out dated and you get the vibes that you should check for bed bugs. Bathroom....lets just say I didn't shower there. Towels seemed...over used...Only had 2 lumpy pillows per bed (which are single layered spring beds pretty much.) But I think its newer management and they're trying to fix it up. Over all- I'd say a 3.
