It was okay. Clean enough for one night.

Superb

They advertise a pool and hot tub, but we’re not allowed to use it. They also said they have Breakfast and all they had was waffles with nothing to put on them. We paid extra for this stuff but couldn’t use it. The shower had big hole in it and the vent fan did not work. No cups to drink water.

The money for the room for both nights came out of my account 2 hours before we got there. When we arrived, our room had been cancelled. I did call and let them know it would be a late check in and was told it would be ok. We had to sleep in my car; it was not comfortable at all. I am not sure how it got cancelled, they told me at the hotel that if we do not check in by a certain hour, we get charged and our room gets cancelled. I would like a call back and I would like a credit so we can go again and actually sleep in a bed. That was not ok and it was a horrible experience.

Only waffle maker a available for breakfast. No coffee in room. Weekly rates available should have been a clue but very convenient to interstate and decent restaurant for dinner next door. Stairs on 1st floor weird...spouse uses oxygen so did not expect stairs for 1zt floor No coffee in room. Stairs even for 1st floor

Disappointing

Convenient location? Dirty carpets throughout. Noisy A/C units emit smelly air. Poor sound insulation between rooms. On the first floor, windows are level with the parking lot so anyone walking by can easily look into the room. The breakfast area is crowded and there is a very limited food selection, with no dining room or area to eat. The front desk said the pool was closed for renovation, but it seemed fine with the filter pumping...

After driving down from Denver for a conference, I was met by a staff member that

When first got there at 4:30 which check-in is at 3:00 I got attitude from the front desk saying the room was not ready and that she would not rush the maid at all and actually implied that perhaps I don't stay there LOL. The room looked okay at first but there were Outlets hanging out of the wall the air conditioner was extremely Dusty and the vent had fallen off, the refrigerator was stuck on freeze so everything we put in there froze. And there were doors opening and slamming almost all night along with a staff member working past our door several times and somebody tried to open our door at least twice during the night.

A place to sleep and shower other than that not much to it.

Exceptional

The toilet did not flush. The staff was informed and she stated that they didn't have a plumber. The clerk said that she knew how to fix it. When I came back, the toilet was not fixed. I had to use the ice bucket to dump water into the tank. I went to take a towel off of the rack and it broke away from the sheet rock in the wall. The shampoo and body wash dispensers were empty. There were bugs in the bathroom. This was all reported to the attendant, he said that he would inform the manager. I told him that there was a safety concern for the broken towel rack, now hanging from the wall. They stated that no other rooms were available. Very little help.

No choose at breakfast and no place to sit

I think the only thing I liked was leaving! I guess I should have read all the reviews! Read before you book! First off, the room was at one time definitely a smoking room. Smelled just like Grandma's house used to or how evey las Vegas hotel smells. Seems like they've just painted right over the layer of smoke. There is also a very weird musty smell in the hallways and the room. Second, the ongoing renovations. I read one that stated the pool was under renovation months ago. The only reason we booked this hotel was so we could swim during our down time. The folks behind us checking in same scenario. Nope, still under renovation. How long does it take to renovate a pool? According to the review thread I've now read all of, over 11 months now, maybe longer, Booking.com should remove the fact this location has a pool until it's finally finished, if it's ever going to be. On with the renovations, the toilet does not flush all the time. Well, it will if you remove the lid and fix the float. The bathroom door does not close properly and will not lock. Location, if you like sleeping with a window open this is the wrong place for you. There is a very loud street right in front of this location along with a very loud bar right next door of your on the even side rooms. And if you like sleeping with a curtain open, forget about it! The prison style spotlights that shine above the vehicles, probably for safely reasons are insanely bright. Breakfast, you should not be able to call a Waffle maker breakfast. No toast, no bagels, no doughnuts not even cereal. Sad!

Clean, comfy beds, friendly staff Breakfast wasn’t breakfast. Orange juice plain waffles with no butter and yogurt is all that waa available. At least some cereal or smth if you’re gonna advertise breakfast.
