Lady working check in Friday was very friendly. Sunday check out staff wasn’t nearly as friendly. Hotel needs some updates. Cleanliness, was just okay but could have been better.

The breakfast was good, but the area was not clean. Someone dropped water or some type of drink on the floor and all they did was put a yellow sign, warning people and did not clean it up. The other thing was it was very loud during the night people kept coming in and out in and out and slamming the doors.. You could also tell that the floor in the room had not been vacuumed. You could see crumbs on the carpet. I did not bother to call the staff because what was the use.

The room we were checked into was dirty
-
We had to get 3 different rooms before finally being given one that didn't smell overwhelmingly of cigarettes. The room we did end up staying in was filthy.

We arrived early before check-in and they were able to give us the room we booked. Enjoyed the free breakfast
