Alpenhaus Motel

One of the employees banged on the door at 9 am asked if we need a towels then we knock a few minutes later and ask for a dirty towels back. I don’t feel it was a good value. I believe we overpaid.

The location was in the heart of Queensbury. There are a ton of restaurants around to eat. nothing

The staff was excellent. I liked everything.

Easy to find and I felt safe traveling on my own. I had a wonderful night’s rest, the room was spotless, and the crisp white sheets made it especially comfortable. I liked the hospitality. The building is a bit older, but for the price and location, it exceeded my expectations. Maybe the door lock but once I got the trick no problem.

Very clean and nice, friendly staff. Booking.com didn’t tell us there was $25 per dog charge so we were charged an additional $50 upon arrival.

Good location. Fair price. The heat was rigged not to go past 72 which really felt like 66. I tried all night to put it up, it was freezing. Then the vacuuming started at 9am and didn't stop til I left at 11am. Sounded like it was right next to/above my room. Very loud. Woke me up and kept me up. Sucked.

The motel staff were very nice and accommodating. Check in was easy. We felt safe and the bed was comfortable. The room was a good size and laid out well. The door frames could use paint and the towels, toilet paper, and tissues were very rough and scratchy.

Everything was new in the rooms. New paint, new carpet. Pad under the carpet thick, parking convenient and not near the rooms to make it quiet. New drapes on the windows with blocking fabric. New toilet in the bathroom. Clean chairs outside the room. Nearby city with beautiful decorations, large homes and outdoor ice rink where you see hockey games and sometimes kids ice skating. It has a magnate hospital nearby too. Refrigerator and large rooms. Nothing
