Clean room. Plenty of parking. nice laundry. Most of the staff, except for one who insisted he could be smoking at the back door

If you can afford a bit more, try to avoid.

We stayed here for 2 nights with our 4 year old. The rooms were clean and spacious. The beds were comfy and there was plenty of place for storage. The air conditioning was great as well. The breakfast was great too! Highly recommend and would stay here again. It's close to lake george village and all attractions which is always a plus!

Since the hotel offers pet-friendly rooms, I believe hard flooring would be a much better option than carpet, as it is easier to keep clean and more hygienic. The breakfast could also be improved, as the selection and overall quality were below expectations. The pool experience was unpleasant because some swimmers were blowing their noses in the water, which was unsanitary and uncomfortable for other guests. While this is a guest behavior issue, better monitoring or enforcement of pool etiquette by the hotel could help maintain a cleaner and more enjoyable environment. With better attention to cleanliness, breakfast quality, and pool supervision, this hotel has the potential to provide a much better guest experience.

The staff is very friendly, check-in was easy. Breakfast is OK. There is no bacon, no sausage, eggs, waffles apples oranges toast, bagels, coffee, juice, yogurt muffins. Me and my family enjoy our stay. Rooms were very clean.

The employees were nice. The room was clean. Tons of parking and very convenient to get to. The breakfast was… lacking. No meat options. No juices. They allow animals which is nice. We didn’t have any but there was a dog barking all night our second night making it a bit challenging to sleep. Perhaps they should limit animals to one section of a he hotel. Other than that it was a nice stay.

It’s a nice hotel , clean , good parking, and close to everything. Have stayed there several times. Always pleasant

This was one of the least expensive choices in the area; so any complaint I have must be weighted against that. The main problem I had was being put in a room that connected to another; and that room was occupied by some very loud children, who were allowed by their parents/chaparons to play until past 11:30pm. There were also two dogs that barked from time to time (though not in the middle of the night). The room smelled of cigarette smoke--not strongly, but it was noticable when you first went in the room. And, there was a small amount of trash under the stuffed chair in the room. On the other hand, the sheets were clean, and the mattress was comfortable. The gentleman at the front desk was courteous, if a bit reserved. Usually, there is a guidebook or brochure in the room to expain their policies, tell you about restaurants in the area ext. I could not find one. Lastly, in general, I'd say this hotel has seen better years, and could really use some serious updating. (But, as I alluded to at the beginning, you get what you pay for.)

Room was clean staff was friendly and had great parking. The room itself was good. The breakfast needs improvement. The first day there is came down for breakfast at 8am to find cold runny eggs and there was very few to be found. I spent the next 2 mornings having breakfast elsewhere

The t.v didn't work and when I asked the front desk the person said oh I don't know about the t.v. Also breakfast buffet was terrible there was eggs ,bread, cereal, no meats so wouldn't even bother going to the breakfast the eggs looked very watery I would recommend if your staying in this area for the price this place charges go somewhere else would have preferred a Hilton or Home 2 Suites.

The rooms were outdated they needed to be cleaned

If you’re looking for place to sleep and nothing else, this could be it. It wasn’t anything special. Breakfast was alright, not the greatest but it wasn’t awful, had waffle maker. Our group was able to hang out in the lobby to watch World Cup games, staff was friendly and helpful with switching the tv. One big negative is the noise of the highway, on the one side of the hotel, no noise cancellation whatsoever!
