Sleep Inn & Suites Queensbury - Lake George

I have no complaints about the hotel.! Great location close to Lake George .! Great bed and pillows . Very clean , plenty of parking . Fast check in

Hotel is quiet, clean, and offers a quaint breakfast in the morning... breakfast is offered in a small space so may want to take a plate to room or outside tables. Rooms need a little update bathroom wallpaper was peeling and patched up, room wallpaper had some cracks in it too, and desk chair was well used - seemed like a hand me down gaming chair....tv microwave refrigerator were great , storage was great, bedding and bed was comfortable....sink and large mirror separate from toilet and shower which is convenient. Overall a great stay and would stay again for a short trip.

Don’t really have any complaints, the staff was excellent the room and stay was great . The pool area was nice and relaxing as well, definitely would come stay here again

Nice stuff. Jade took great care of us when we checked in and the evening of our stay. Breakfast was good also. The shower was a little bit small and the layout was a little quirky.

We checked out on Sunday morning. Sunday afternoon 6/28 we realized we left our air mattress and charger in the room. We went back to the hotel Sunday afternoon. The man at the front desk told us the charger was logged in as found, but he did not know where it was. He did not know if the air mattress was found. He told us to come back Monday morning when the manager was there at 9:00. We went back Monday morning and when the manager asked hotel staff over the walkie-talkie if an air mattress was found, the staff said “yes”. When asked where it was, staff said “she took it home”. The manager apologized and said she would have to get it back. The charger was MIA. We received a phone call Tuesday morning that the air mattress could be picked up, but the charger is still MIA. We picked up the mattress. We are still trying to get the charger back. The entire situation is unacceptable. Hotel staff taking items they find? We have to return to the hotel multiple times and we still don’t have our items - bc hotel staff took items. We are from out of state and this entire situation is not only unacceptable, but inconvenient. We were there as part of a group, and I have already let the group know we will absolutely not be returning next year to that hotel.

Good location. Huge bathroom. Hotel needs updating and a deep cleaning simply from wear and tear.

Everything was great! The room was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. Our only complaint was that the shower water was a little too hot and could not be adjusted.

Everything was great from the start. Beds were comfy and even though the hotel was packed, it was very quiet. Breakfast was delicious, the pool was cold and the staff were friendly and helpful... definitely will stay here again !!

From the moment I stepped out of my car, it was a great experience. I heard staff members greeting each other and asking each other how their day was going. Front desk staff was pleasant and very helpful. It was a full house of softball players, and my room was very quiet, considering what was going on in the rest of the hotel. Upon checkout, the front desk staff was as equally pleasant. I would definitely come back again.

The only complaints were while staying in the 3rd floor, there were a lot of people violating the no smoking policy. It was so much so we had to tell the front desk and the subsequently put notices of the policy under everyone’s door. Also, the second night, our room was not cleaned and the bed was not made up. They said that they were short staffed and did not have anyone to do it. Otherwise, the location was absolutely amazing in proximity to Lake George, Saratoga springs and Glenns Falls. Also, we took the amazing drive to lake placid which was a scenic 1.5 hours away. I would recommend staying there for the value and location.

Room was very clean and a good size. Staff was polite and able to answer questions. Location was amazing. Parking lot was big, no problem to find a spot. Breakfast was just ok. Enough to start your day but coffee was very weak.

The staff at the front desk were nice. Our room was not to my standards. There were stains on the carpet, the walls weren't clean and the one comforter was dirty.As for breakfast that is supposed to start at 7 am, it came out late which was not helpful for us. We had to be on the road a little after 7 am, so half of us weren't able to get breakfast before we had to leave. The convenience of everything around the hotel was great!

Very helpful staff Bathroom was the size of a closet. Old wornout carpet. Small half size pillows. Small breakfast area.

I was in that stay for 2 days and when we went to the room it had a bad smell the carpet was not vacuumed and on my 2 nd day my 2 10 yr old and 11 yr old kids found a vape under the bathroom sink I return it to the front desk and she apologized but I was very upset that I even had that in my stay period very dissatisfied at that stay
