AC Hotel Raleigh North Hills

I have never stayed at a hotel with nicer staff. Every single person I interacted with truly went out of their way to make my stay more comfortable or more enjoyable.

Good location

Very good

Great location! Enjoyed the rooftop for food and drinks as well as a view of the city. Comfortable beds and clean room!

I always enjoy my stay at this location. The staff members especially Maddie are always so helpful and pleasant. The rooftop bar is a great relaxing and fun social area. I highly recommend this location

Fantastic

I think it’s overpriced because of the location. But it’s nice

It was beautiful and the customer service was top tier.

After my stay at the AC Minneapolis I basically swore off all AC hotels. I’ve never had a bad stay in Raleigh and I happy to share that’s still the case. The people, the staff and property are top class. I’m extremely happy I gave AC hotel properties another chance.

The location

Nice and clean room. A lot of room. The area is so cute and pretty. Everything around within walking distance. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

A hot tub will be nice.

Good location

Didn't have time to eat All good

Room was very humid for some reason

Breakfast

The property is always one of my favorite destinations. I did not like when I went down and checked backed in to the same room because. I had separate bookings my card was charged another night and I already paid through Expedia . It’s been over a week and I have not received my refund

The designer of the room tried to be different, but the results are weird (in my opinion). It was NOT functional. Lighting around the bathroom area was insufficient. Difficult to do hair or makeup.

I had to leave.

Very average to below average stay. Initial staff were not super friendly. They seemed incredibly understaffed in general, which made many of those working seem grumpy. This is one of the loudest hotels. I’ve stayed in. It seemed like the walls were paper thin. The Air-conditioning unit in my room was particularly loud. There was some kind of party going on on our floor, and staff seemed both uninterested and unwilling to maintain a respectful level of noise well after midnight for the other hotel guests. Plenty of other options that would provide a higher level of service.
