We enjoyed the hotel but there was no comforter on the bed. I don’t understand why hotels aren’t providing proper bedding.

I liked the hotel and had a good stay, but I was very disappointed with how they handled an unexpected $400 charge\. I checked out on Sunday, and on Tuesday they charged me a $400 smoking fee without any notice, email, or explanation\. I do not smoke, and there was absolutely no smoking in the room\. I had to call the hotel myself on Wednesday just to find out what the charge was for\. Charging someone $400 without first contacting them or providing any proof or explanation is very frustrating and unprofessional\. I’m currently disputing the charge and hope the hotel makes this right\.

Conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, and entertainment, this well-maintained hotel offers friendly, attentive service. We noticed a slight odor when the air conditioner first came on, but it was a minor issue that quickly dissipated. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would gladly return.

Really nice área to stay, all shops outside, breakfast in the hotel is really good, staff super nice and helpful. The only thing I didn’t love is need to pay for internet at hotel, most of the times this is included

The front desk staff was very polite, professional, and patient during my stay! Any questions that I had as a first-time guest were answered promptly. The hotel was very clean (from the lobby to our room), easy to navigate, and all that we expected! We look forward to returning to such a beautiful hotel!
