When I first checked in the toilet did not flush I told the lady at the front desk Sherise she came to my room and lifted the commode top and said the chain had come off inside the tank she left. The next couple of flush it still would not flush I was so frustrated so me and guest had to continually lift the commode top put our hands in the commode and flush the toilet that way when all Sherise had to do was relocate us to another room with a working toilet

The price It was dirty. There was a piece of metal sticking up out of the carpet and there were people thundering around all night

The location is great It had roaches dead and alive , it smelled , the stove was dirty , the couch was dirty , the mattress on the sofa bed was stained and dirty horrible experience.

The place was clean but the furniture was dated. Overall not a bad place for a one night stay.

The location. The staff member at the front desk, dark skinned, locs, she was very pleasant and sweet. The hallways smelled bad, the headboard had a hole in it, the room door looked like it was previously kicked in because you could see the damage and it wouldn’t close all the way without giving it an extra push. One staff member in particular, bigger woman at the front desk, very rude with a nasty attitude. Got a refund and left because of her.

Booked months in advance. Arrived at this hotel after receiving a confirmation for my stay. Was told upon arrival my booking had been canceled and they had no rooms available. This was a large convention weekend and every hotel had been booked for weeks. Will never book through this hotel chain again. Customer service was horrible. Did not offer another option. No sorry. Just nope I see they canceled your room. Too bad.

Convenience of the location to the event I attended It was dirty. Dead bugs in the fridge. Dirty toilet and mirror and furniture very outdated. The customer service was awful. The lady was very rude.

Poor excuse for an extended stay. The first night I woke up with my back aching because the bed was lopsided and leaning. I was allowed to switch rooms the next morning but it would have been nice to receive some sort of compensation, like a discount, for the inconvenience and broken bed. The hotel is NOT clean. The chairs and tables had residue & hair on them. It stinks like animals and body odor in nearly every area. The dishes that I ordered for my room were dirty. The doors you have to hold open yourself when trying to bring all your stuff inside. How frustrating is that! Most hotels have automatic doors but this one doesn't. And the staff doesn't offer to open or hold the door open when you're trying to bring in your cart and heavy bags. The staff is NEVER at the front desk. Every time I called needing something, there was no answer. Had to go downstairs and stand there waiting and tapping the countertops hoping someone would come back to assist. The breakfast is also extremely poor and should be called a "snack". It's unhealthy and just processed packaged items that you eat heat in the microwave. Coffee was also unavailable because I make my own and they were out of coffee pots for the rooms. I'm grateful for a place to stay but very disappointed in how any property owner would allow there businesses to be ran like this.

They wouldn't take cash and insisted on an additional, unlisted, deposit. We didn't stay. It was also sketchy

The desk agent was very apologetic and had great customer service. When I arrived which was almost 1am, I couldn’t get check in as their night audit had already started. Even though I specifically told the property I was landing after midnight.

The initial room smelled not so happy so I asked to switch rooms. Very happy with the deluxe.

Location, staff, price, free WiFi. Ancient amenities, bathroom faucet leaked, mattress wasn’t comfortable.

Had roaches. Horrible smell wasn’t clean

The property was very poorly maintained and did not appear to be clean. There was a strong unpleasant odor throughout the property. I found a used razor in the shower that had clearly been left by a previous guest. The bed did not appear to be clean either. Overall, my experience was very disappointing, and unfortunately, I would not recommend this property.
