Extended Stay America Suites North Raleigh Wake Towne Dr

The property was very poorly maintained and did not appear to be clean. There was a strong unpleasant odor throughout the property. I found a used razor in the shower that had clearly been left by a previous guest. The bed did not appear to be clean either. Overall, my experience was very disappointing, and unfortunately, I would not recommend this property.

Staff is fine, location is alright, breakfast is fine. Kitchen and room is old but alright. Everything is so old and neglected. If you ask me if i stay there again, i answer only if the price is much cheaper than in similar hotels.

Location and staff The mattress was lumpy and sagging in the middle. No phone in the room.

Nothing Rude front desk staff, trying to tell me I didn’t have a reservation when I did. Didn’t offer any apology after he found out I did have a reservation. Room was clearly smoked in, floors were dirty, room window was left open with no screen in place.

I didn't really like the hotel as a whole, I just liked the location and everything that was around it. One of the staff (black lady) was ever helpful wit everything. All the appliances needs to be upgraded, the remote was dirty

This place is misrepresented in the pictures and in the descriptions. The facility was rundown, and the room was beyond filthy and nearly unacceptable.

False pictures of room on website, bad neighborhood, run down furniture, room and bldg smell. overall dissatisfied Everything did not meet my expectations and money i paid to include a surprise $ 100 deposit that i have not received back

They kicked my wife and I out of their hotel room

The beds were firm but comfortable and supportive, the staff was really amazing with my autistic nonverbal brother The bedside lamps didnt work, the microwave was busted, there were some questionable things going on with the neighbor like them possibly selling out of there.

Nothing The room was absolutely disgusting. I was harassed by people staying at the hotel. They also didn't have the room I booked available. My kids slept on the pull out couch bed that was yellow. There was a man screaming all night. Awful

I wasn't able to stay with my children because it was overbooked.
