Smoke free room reeked of cigarettes. Shower head not connected to the wall. Hole visible in front bottom right corner. Cockroaches inside the room via said hole. Yellow stains behind bathroom door on the wall. Mattresses in very rough shape. Shower water pressure very low. Incredibly noisy at night due to placement next to the interstate.

It is convenient. The bathroom was not clean. We had to clean it. When I called to have products brought to the room. House keeping was not available.

I use this place pretty often, pretty quiet area near stores and restaurants for quick food pick ups! Customer service was good! Lady up front knew how to joke around but keep it serious at same time 10/10 I stay here often and this time and last time I just noticed an odor… this last time was way stronger, possibly smoke from previous tenant, but it was a non smoking room… but I was able to call from desk and let them know. Along with floor being more on the dirty side, it could’ve used a sweep/mop honestly, Wish I would’ve asked for different room but that’s past now, overall 7/10
