Very clean and great location. Breakfast and pool was great and staff very pleasant. Overall great value!

This a no frills, bare bones hotel stay. The hotel is clean, the waffle maker works and is available at breakfast time but all the furniture is older in each of the rooms.
-
Convenient location, waffles in the morning were delicious and helpful staff.

Room 130 was damp and musty. Rug by back door needs replacing badly. All else was fine.

One of my favorites

Room smelled a bit musty, shower rod was not level so curtain did not stay closed and toilet ran loudly intermittently. Price was high for an older property. I liked that breakfast was included and the infused water in the lobby was nice!

Beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows. Clean rooms. Great breakfast.

We were told not to swim in the pool because the water was cloudy. I paid for a room with a shower upgrade, but we were given a standard tub/shower. The room smelled musty and the AC was having trouble keeping up with the heat outside. The TV did not work because their service was being worked on. I would never go back here, regardless of cost.

Great value and super clean

I was getting hardwood floors installed/stained and booked a stay at this hotel through Expedia. Upon checking in at the hotel, the receptionist got loud with me in front of other guests in line saying they do not allow locals to stay but they would grant me an exception this time. Don't worry, I won't be back. Trashy hotel with no working AC in the elevators or 5th floor hallway.

1st room we got smelled like mildew. Hubby called fron desk to find out where pool was located. The pool was green and out of commission. The windows in the room was disgusting, it has water marks throughout and very cloudy. The cabinet door to the mini fridge was broken. I chatted with Expedia to make a complaint, a CSR called me immediately. She called the front desk and they gave us another room and Air Freshener at my request. DECOR is outdated. Brown carpeting with cream colored circles, a purple chair lounger, bed skirts worn an ragged. The front desk was Helpful, Friendly and apologetic. Hallways are very hot. Coffee was just OK, Breakfast not so much. I do not recommend.

The room was very clean, but the lobby, hallways and workout room need to be updated for sure. I wouldn't stay there again, but at least Daniel was nice. I hope this helps someone else choose another location, but if not, tell Miles I said hello.

The cabinet between our beds was leaning forward and the drawers were unable to close. We reported it, but it wasn't fixed. We had to get tape from the front desk to take them closed. Someone could injure themselves.

After receiving my room key and going to the room, I immediately determined that I was not comfortable staying at the property. I returned to the front desk and explained my concerns. The staff were understanding and informed me that a refund would not be a problem. I then contacted Hotels.com, who placed me on hold for approximately 30 minutes while they spoke with the front desk. During that time, I remained in my car in the hotel parking lot waiting for a resolution. When the representative returned to the call, I was told that a full refund for my reservation had been approved. Several days later, I received notice that I would not be refunded for the three-night stay. This was both surprising and frustrating given the assurances I received from both the hotel staff and Hotels.com at the time. The entire experience has been extremely inconvenient. This is also not located in Mid-town as advertised. It's over off of wake forest road near the belt line.
