Check in was easy , the room was nice , bed was comfortable! Only two issues once arriving in the room it was hott making the room have a stinky smell. The smell subsided once the air flow started. In the shower on the sliding door was mildew.

The Hilton feels like home especially traveling with the kids.

This place doesnt seem to have it together. My check in was a struggle because the room kind I had booked wasn't avaliable, then after I came back from dinner I had been locked out of my room and they had to recheck me in completely and charge my card again because they didnt do it correctly the first time. The shower was defective, the bed didnt have a fitted sheet just a flat sheet on top of the mattress and then the hitel sent me a text message at 1am about how to get in contact with them.

Was told at check-in that breakfast was included which turned out not to be the case.

All rooms were sold out. They sent me a message regarding contactless check-in. If they were sold out, why wasn’t I contacted in the same manner?

Be prepared of being on the floor with all kids. There where teenagers running through and playing in the hallway at 7am, spoke to the front desk, she was too sleepy to react.

I’m not in any way talking badly about the staff, however since it was a matter of my safety and that wasn’t helped in any way I wouldn’t recommend this hotel in the future. I have never had this happen before with an hotel stay and my ask for help was unrecognized.

There was no microwave in the room

I stayed at the Hilton during 4thbof July weekend. It was my birthday. I loved everything about staying at the Hilton Raleigh, NC. The staff was amazing, so helpful, kind and very friendly. The food was amazing, tad bit expensive, but still amazing. 10/10 I recommend anyone to stay there. I will be back again soon.

Room 414-I would not recommend staying at the Hilton Raleigh North Hills. Our bathroom sink was clogged, and the cracked shower pan with rust raised safety concerns. The maid did not provide clean towels after making the beds and presumably cleaning the room. The bed headboard dislodged itself from the wall at 2:30 am and almost landed on us, which was alarming. There was garbage piled in the lobby, with a neighboring cockroach nearby. The hallway rugs were filthy. We felt disappointed and frustrated. A waste of money for what was expected to be a decent hotel. This is not what I expected from a Hilton brand hotel.

It took almost an hour to get checked in because of a communication issue, but the receptionist casually tells us about the breakfast buffet. The next day as I check out I ask this other receptionist if I can still get breakfast and he says yes. I went and got my breakfast got asked what room I am and I said 527, and I went to sit down only for the waitress to tell me I’m not on the “list” and I have to pay $22! This is ridiculous and I told her the receponist said I could get breakfast. This isn’t transparent at all and unacceptable and humiliating! I am not familiar with Hilton but every hotel I’ve been to in the past always gave free breakfast so this was a shocker and disappointing, I wish there was more transparency.

Overall, the property was okay. The mini fridge didn’t work and had to wait over 2hrs for a replacement. We got locked out of our room because had to get our room keys rekeyed. However, the bed slept AMAZINGLY.

It was a great stay.

The hotel is just ok. It needs updates. Paying $37 for a not great buffet breakfast and $10 for parking after paying for the hotel that was just ok and needs major updates was crazy. The elevators are in very bad shape and hot. The rooms and tv in the rooms are not great. The shower was ok but not very clean. The staff were all really nice.
