The rooms were very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately, my stay was very disappointing. The hotel is extremely outdated, and the cleanliness of the room, especially the bathroom, was unacceptable. The bathtub had peeling paint, and there was excessive hair and debris in the bathroom that appeared to have been left behind by previous guests. The room did not feel properly cleaned or maintained. The property is in serious need of updates and much better housekeeping standards. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel.

Air conditioner was loud and kept us up all night. Breakfast was adequate, but no sugar free syrup available.

it was good. Except someone (Idk the name but was an asian looking woman) knoked my door 7:30 (i was going to wake up 8:15) on the last day saying someone was in my room and forgot something like wtf? I was alone. So you care more for a strange that call in the hotel than the person who are there and payed for it? I got really mad and when I left nobody in reception for I show my frustration! That wasn’t nice at all!!

It was generally a good stay but the property could use more parking, especially for a senior woman (70+years old) traveling alone and coming back at night after an event.

Very disappointing experience The parking situation was extremely confusing. I arrived late at night, around 9 PM, and the hotel parking lot was completely full. I drove around twice looking for a space. The front desk told me I could park in the back, but they did not explain that the rear parking area was divided into a permitted section and a no-parking section. It was very dark, and the two areas were right next to each other. There were also two large trucks blocking the view of the available parking spaces. I parked in the area that appeared to be an open hotel parking area, but my car was towed overnight. I had to pay $250 to get my car back, which also disrupted my work schedule the next morning. When I complained to the front desk, they showed me a map explaining which side I was supposed to park on. However, this information was not explained to me during check-in. If the hotel had clearly explained the parking rules or shown me the map when I arrived, this situation could likely have been avoided. There was also a problem with the electric curtain in my room. The remote control did not work, so the hotel staff had to come to my room and spend quite some time fixing the issue. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience, especially for a guest arriving late at night. I expected much clearer instructions and better communication from the hotel.

Entire property was well run and maintained. Customer service was excellent.

I was placed in a handicapped room and the shower nozzle was loose and very low. Also the water was not hot enough even though the hot water in the sink was fine.
