Embassy Suites by Hilton Raleigh Crabtree

I’ve stayed at many Embassy Suites in the US, and this is definitely my favorite. The staff was wonderful (& plentiful), facilities are well kept, breakfast was excellent. The room was very clean & quiet. This will undoubtedly be my hotel of choice in Raleigh!

My daughter and I had a pleasant stay and probably come back next year. One thing that they could change is to diversify the breakfast. It was so very much the same every morning!

Only problem I had was the pillows are horrible. I might as well lay my head on the mattress.

We traveled to this hotel from Wilmington. We were so blown away but how great the inside of the hotel looks!! So luxurious. The staff was so kind to us. The pool was clean and nice. The breakfast was delicious. We have picky eaters and there was something tasty for everyone, and the coffee was so good. The room was nice and clean and the beds were very comfy. I really do have to give this hotel a 10/10. The biggest perk-right across from the mall. I mean that literally, you can see it from your window. Will be back!!

Okay. I asked for meat alternative and I was told none was available. I don’t eat pork. Had small roaches in the room.

The staff was very friendly & helpful. The complimentary happy hour & breakfast buffet are always a hit! My only suggestion is that you convert those tubs to walk-in showers. They are too high to step over for seniors & probably children too. Also consider a non-slip surface to prevent injuries.

Courtesy staff, awesome breakfast, clean facilities and perfectly located right across from shopping and really good restaurants.

Lobby was very clean, but the rooms are a little outdated. Loved the free reception they have with two complimentary drinks and snacks.

I stayed at the Embassy Suites to plan a future relocation to the Raleigh area. The hotel in all aspects met or exceeded my expectations. The daily breakfast was not overly crowded with replenishing of all breakfast items as needed. Aesthetically, the room is dark, but very clean and accommodating. Noise levels were minimal. The internet connection was strong enough for a relaxing stay. There is a parking garage in the back of the hotel to accommodate larger crowds. Customer service at this hotel is excellent. Lastly, it is located near major interstates and roadways, making it a breeze to get around, even for an out-of-towner.

We had a really nice day here. The staff were friendly and helpful they had a complimentary happy hour with two drinks per person the rooms were nice and clean. The only thing I will say is they put on there the rooms were soundproof I disagree. The rooms were not sound proof which is one of the reasons why I chose this place. But overall we had a great experience
