There were guests being loud until 1 am and kept me up. Had to wait to even check in due to front desk not having anyone there for awhile.

The breakfast as expected was excellent. We loved the snacks and Happy Hour; my kids enjoyed free Shirley Temples and were delighted. The proximity of the hotel to the mall was great--we just walked across the street and enjoyed a terrific Korean Barbeque lunch. With two teenagers, having the separate bedroom is a must. We will definitely be staying here again.

Great stay at Embassy Suites!

This hotel is very clean and well appointed. The made-to-order breakfast with excellent as well as the evening reception with complimentary drinks. The signage with directions for parking need to be clearer. It was annoying that I couldn't access the parking garage directly from the ground floor. Also, I wish there was a hot tub in addition to the gym. These are minor issues, overall the hotel is an excellent choice and value.

Everything was good

I love the cleanliness of it. I love the waterfall. I love the breakfast and how spacious the rooms are. The only thing I didn’t like about my room was the bathroom was kind of small. The door was kind of close to everything.

Absolutely one of my go to spots when ever i am stayin in the area
-
I checked out 12:30 instead of 12:00 and I was charged $30 ,this is insane. I am not going to choose Embassy Suites anymore.

The room was clean Woke up every time the LOUD AC unit kicked on (it needs some work) the room was definitely not nice enough to cost what it did.

The staff and amenities were accommodating. The room decor, appliances options needs upgrades. There were buckets in the lobby due to roof leak during the rain. Overall good stay
