Courtyard by Marriott Raleigh Crabtree Valley

Was only in town for 1 night for business. The hotel was a little hard to find -- tucked away behind another hotel, slightly under an exit ramp. Stay was acceptable for one night. It was quiet. Not a walkable area, FYI.

Nice location, staff, rates!

Room was clean. Beds were comfy. A/C would not go cooler than 67 though.

The lady working behind the bistro language barrier was making it difficult to understand what to order.would love an online order option or another meat besides pork bacon to decide from .

I like the professionalism of the staff , and the room was clean.

Check in was a breeze, everything was able to be found easily. The room was spacious and comfortable and the bathroom was great with good water pressure. I really enjoyed the easy shut doors on all the rooms, thanks to that, the rooms were very quiet. I slept well in the comfortable bed and check out was a breeze also. The only thing that wasn't great was the small-ish elevator, but I really didn't mind that. Other than that, our stay was really enjoyable.

I would have liked to have my bed made and fresh towels but I didn't get that.

The room was in good condition. We were told there was no breakfast “ because of the holiday”. However, the holiday was over.
