The rooms were nice and clean The pool water to cloudy and to much chlorine in a closed space.

Breakfast was excellent, and cleanliness and upkeep The pool looked like it could use more TLC

Facility is well maintained.

The whole system was down when I got there at 330. I couldn’t get my room to almost 11 at night when the system came up and the room was already paid for. When I looked online they did not follow protocol!!!! Other Hampton hotels where doing checking by hand til the system came back up. They would not do nothing til the system came back up at almost 11 that night.

Very clean When booking indicated it had a indoor heated pool there was a indoor pool, but a sign was posted on the door that the pool was not heated

Everything worked. Staff were friendly and helpful and professional. Very convenient location to the mall and restaurants.

Breakfast was predictable and fine. Room was clean. I met hotel managers in the elevator and they asked me about my stay. They responded very positively and gave me a refund for the night. They are renovating this outdated hotel. The managers were excellent in their response. They are doing the best possible until the hotel is renovated. Prices should be lower until then. No hot water in the shower. Outlets would not hold plugs to charge devices. Toilet difficult to flush, no proper covering for window to block light while sleeping, asked to extend check out to 1 pm and they deactivated my key at 11:00 and could not get in my room. When I asked for discount front desk told me I could not be considered since I booked through booking.com. They did not check with the managers.

There was some maintenance issues but they were quickly resolved.

Apparent recent renovations. Nice modern decor. Very clean lobby and public areas. Breakfast was avg chain hotel food There was no hot water when we arrived. Staff explained there had been a problem and system was down for awhile. HVAC was either freezing or hot in room, no in between. Probable thermostat problem. There was a brown stain on the wallpaper around the TP holder, water damage to shower ceiling and stains on the end of bed bench that frankly looked like sex stains. Wallpaper peeling on wall adjacent to bath. Otherwise I would have given the hotel a 9-10. Based on overall nice appearance of hotel, I’m assuming I just got a room in need of maintenance

Staff was wonderful NICE ROOM, The water in the shower was cool in the evening.
