Hampton Inn & Suites Raleigh/Crabtree Valley

The buffet breakfast could have been better, especially the weekday version. The weekend selection was better but, I have had worse.

Great location

Lovely hotel with a great pool! However we got a handicap accessible room for my dad and immediately reported the shower wand didn’t work. When the maintenance guy finally checked it out he said we’d need to switch rooms. We did and the new room was great but my dad struggled to take a shower for most of our trip because of the shower issue.

Rooms were very clean. Staff was ver welcoming and friendly. Pool area was neat as well! Breakfast was amazing with plenty of options. I was very happy with our stay and would come back again.

It wasn’t like the photos. I didn’t see a bar and the pool looked smaller.

I hosted my family reunion this year and this was the host property. The staff were very warm and friendly with everyone. They never hesitated to help with any questions. From the sales department, breakfast staff, maintenance, and front desk they were all ready to help me carry things, hold things, and answer questions with a smile. Amazing experience that made hosting so much easier!

Our main reason for staying was for the pool and it was out for majority of our stay and the only thing they could offer was free snacks.

Our stay was excellent. The staff was very friendly, the room was great, parking was good. Would definitely stay there again and would recommend them to others.

Room was clean, staff was nice Room was small, stains on the wall and carpet. Paper thin walls where we could hear our neighbors. Outdoor seating area was dirty and not inviting. Room view was of the dumpster.

It is close to the mall and easy to get to Lenovo Center. We were on the 5th floor. I didnt like that the main curtain didnt close. This allowed to much light to come in at night and early morning. We had a hard time sleep. I have never stayed somewhere the main curtain didnt close.
