Everything was suitable.

Erik was absolutely amazing at check in and helping me with anything I needed. The dinner at the lounge was delicious and the drinks were good as well. My bed was so comfortable and I was very sad I only stayed one night. I will be staying again if ever need a room in the area again

I really hate writing negative reviews but have the honest. The only good thing I can say about this hotel is that the evening staff was super friendly upon check in and there’s free parking. Other than that terrible experience - it’s old, rundown and unclean. There was a cockroach in my room (housekeeping came to deal with it but just took it and left without saying anything or checking the rest of the room). No one checked in on the situation after that or offered any sort of consolation. When I asked the front desk at checkout if there was anything they could do they said no as if it was absurd of me to ask. No to a discount and when I asked for free breakfast they said, “there’s complimentary coffee over there”. The manager stepped in and offered a small discount so I accepted and got out quick. Even outside of that, the room was overall not good. It was dated, bathroom was dingy, the AC was very loud, beds and pillows were uncomfortable, and there was a coffee machine with no coffee cups. I was only there for one night thankfully. I would not stay again or recommend.

Friendly and courteous staff made this a memorable stay, particularly Erick at the front desk and Tina at the restaurant.

The staff were cheerful and helpful. I loved that there’s two sizes of pillows and the coffee bar nicely tucked in a corner. Great room.

Didn't like the quality of the food in the restaurant of the hotel. It was just like eating a TV dinner. Also there was a weird rule regarding the availability of coffee in the afternoon and evenings. The staff at the restaurant was good, pleaseant and friendly; but the food...terrible. You need to get a real chef, get really good food, make room service quicker , and then you will have a better facility.

First time staying at this location on my visit to the Raleigh area! Had a great stay, the room was nice, and staff the same!

Was disappointed that their was no pool and the water didn’t stay hot when I showered

All was well! Room and bed were comfortable. Air conditioning could be adjusted to meet my needs and cooled well. Water pressure and temperature adjustment ability was great. No complaints!

THE TOUCHLESS ENTRY AND THE TOUCHLESS KEY PAD AND PRIVATE ELAVATOR WITH KEY PAD ONLY ENTRY FOR GUEST VERY NICE ENJOYED THAT AND THE ROOM WAS NICE AND CLEAN AND VERY MORDERN TECH I ENJOYED THAT PART ABOUT IT! NOT GETTING ANY HOTEL STAFF TO MAKE UP MY BEDS HAD TO CONTACT THEM AT LEAST BETTER BLANKETS TOO THEY ARE VERY ROUGH ANF FELT CHEAP MAYBE BETTER BLANKETS BUT OTHER THAN THAT LOVED IT ALL !

Very convenient to major highways and the mall. Exceptionally quiet given the construction going on next door. Staff were professional.
