Hilton Garden Inn Raleigh /Crabtree Valley

My stay for 2 nights was perfect!

Wonderful stay, room was clean and staff very kind and helpful. Parking was convenient

Parking lot, front entrance, lobby, restaurant, fitness room and pool, elevator and our room was very clean.

We love this hotel our room is always clean. The staff is very helpful. Bartenders are great. Parking is usually a little tough not enough spaces.

Convenient location. I would stay again.

Property is like new, although it apparently was built in 2015. Very well maintained. All staff were very welcoming and courteous. Convenient to all attractions in the area. Wonderful breakfast at a reasonable price. The staff at the restaurant were very friendly, helpful, and attentive. Well done! The only minor issue we had was being unable to use the keyless entry to our room using our Hilton Honors app. No one seemed to know how to resolve it. Not a huge issue, but it seems this could be resolved easily.

It’s a wonderful place the beds are very comfortable I have asiátic nerve problem and it’s Firts time the I sleep all night and wake up very refreshing and no pain , I am very happy with the restaurant the salmon with teriyaki sauce lovely, and BF it’s magnificent overall personal excellent and super clean leanings hardly recommend for the price it’s affordable with a 5 starts luxury 😃

The staff was helpful and friendly and the hotel was clean as were the rooms. Located a quick drive to Crabtree Mall and concert venues.

The person who checked us in was very patient, kind and professional. We used the dining service and the food was pretty good. The bartender was awesome. The pool was clean and quiet. We had a great stay.

The property was well maintained and decorated beautifully. The staff was friendly, helpful, and the food was good. My room was spacious and clean. The location was near a mall, restaurants, and the interstate, which was helpful. I would stay here again and refer this hotel to others.

Excellent property to stay at the staff was very helpful at the front desk. The restaurant has excellent food and a very nice and polite to everyone.

I loved the decor in the lobby and the rooms. Very bright and festive, without being exaggerated. Breakfast is made to order, it was reasonably priced and delicious. The tall lady at Breakfast was so nice & efficient, I wish I remembered her name. She has a great attitude. Thank you to all for making my stay memorable.

The room and the hotel lobby were very clean. The staff at the front desk were very friendly, courteous and supportive. We didn't use the bar as we are not drinkers. Self parking was convenient and free and plenty of spaces. The only problem we came across was there was a water testing taking place from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm and we had no water during that time as it was shut off. I called the front desk and complained about this and they apologized and offered us a complimentary dinner with appetizer from their restaurant on the first floor which was fantastic and we were satisfied with this. This is a nice hotel and fairly new construction so it's very clean.

Everything was super clean and the refrigerators in the room were college size. The breakfast was very good along with the staff. I don’t care for shower curtains but these were spotless.
