Raleigh Marriott Crabtree Valley

Great property only issue was parking lot lights were out during my stay. Parking was pitch black when I came back in last night

The room was very clean, staff was very friendly and helpful, pool was very comfortable during the 102 temperature. I had a very nice stay. The Braise restaurant was very good

No bugs and it smelled clean. It was very hot the weekend we stayed but the room was cool and comfortable The staff was very friendly, helpful, and courteous Breakfast was great and the restaurant staff was kind and attentive. The elevators needed maintenance. At times there was only one elevator working and that was a inconvenience. The microwave on our floor looked a bit old and the ice machine was either broke or empty. Overrall, I would definitely come back again!

Loved the pool area . We were on 5th floor and the ice machine didn’t work. Our safe in our room didn’t work

Check in was easy and the staff were very friendly. I reserved two rooms and they were clean with a fresh smell. The linens were clean and soft. My room reservation came with access to the concierge room, but on the weekend that I stayed the concierge room was not available so instead they gave my group free breakfast for the weekend. There was access to the pool parking was great and there was lots of parking even with three events happening that weekend in the hotel. There was still plenty of parking space great amenities, including being directly across the street from a large mall that had eating places, shopping and parking as well. Its location is easily accessible and not far from downtown Raleigh. Overall, it was a great place to stay and I would definitely stay there again.

Location was excellent and parking very good. Room clean. What we didn't like was mattress, very uncomfortable. The other thing we didn't like was barn door into bathroom. Ours didn't really close giving person using it very little privacy.

The staff was really enthusiastic about helping guests and so nice. The grounds could use a groundskeeper and full time person doing this. There are cigarettes all over the front entrance in the flowers and everything. I cannot believe how disgusting some guests are for throwing them there but that is the reality of half the population these days. The pool area needed attention, to be such a focal point it was a mess. Used towels left by lazy guests of course but nonetheless it was a bad look when you were searching to sit down. We had great margaritas from the bar and breakfast in the morning was good. The room was clean and peaceful.

The location was great for the event I was attending. It was nice and clean I wanted to go to the pool to relax a bit for my event but I was u able to do so do to the pool party they had filled with kids.

This hotel was amazing. I like how the hotel is more secluded and the pool and room were amazing. I love how it’s right across from the mall as well. Only thing is I was worried about the fridge not being cold enough because I know some hotels are like that but ours was actually TOO cold and froze everything. Other than that I love this hotel and will definitely be staying again.

I always stay at Marriott, but I would never stay at the one by Crabtree valley mall in Raleigh, North Carolina. The managers at the front desk was very nice, one guy told me there was no dogs in the hotel. I called 2 o'clock in the morning because I heard a dog barking, so he lied to me. I am sorry to say but the room was very dirty. I had to clean my own room the. Refrigerator kept noise on and off the whole nights that I was there. As much as hotel cost the rooms should be much cleaner than what it was. The main reason I went there was because it was my birthday. 6/14/

Great location! There is a mall walking distance to shop and have dinner!
