Great stay as always

Quiet Great staff I needed a place to stay overnight for a very early flight. It worked for me.

Very clean and close to Duke University.

I enjoyed my stay but I checked out on the July 19th @9am and was charged through July 20th. I called hotel requested a refund and they stated it shows I stayed. I showed a receipt and itinerary for my flight that I was indeed checked and was on July 19th but they still refused to refund. Their Front desk clerk click on keyboard after I turned in key unsure what she put in there, I believe others may have been a victim of this scam and using the rooms.

Great staff

Staff was amazing!!! Room smelled nice and was spotless! Different breakfast each morning and was fresh and hot!!! Will definitely stay again if I’m in the area!!! Oh, loved that they have blackout blinds!!!

The lobby furniture need cleaning & it smelled damp upon entrance. I selected this hotel just for the hot tub, & its location. Hot Tub We didnot even get into the hot tub! The tub was not appealing!The jets weren't working properly, & the water looked dirty! Water was everywhere as if there may have been a maintenance issue. Room The room was clean, but it had an unpleasant smell! The carpet & the sofa needed cleaning! Requested additional sheets just to cover the sofa! Breakfast The breakfast display was good, Lots of varieties. Staff Very friendly & professional! We may the best of our 2 days stay, but will not stay there again unless these issues have been corrected & confirmed.

Our stay was fantastic! The staff provided amazing customer service, the breakfast was a highlight, and the hotel itself was spotlessly clean. We did run into a few minor hiccups in the room, the mattress was a little firmer than we prefer, only one light above the bed worked, and the microwave acted up occasionally. Even so, it was a lovely visit overall and we really enjoyed our stay!

I wish I would have been able to use the bathtube but they were as a whole under maintenance. Secondly the service was A1. The lady at the front Kelie if I am spelling her name right, was outstanding. There were a line of people that she had to check in and maybe not even a min or two, what line. She maintained her bright personality was intentional with her job. She was on a mission to make sure that things were done a certain way. I love her customer service. This is how I like to do things at my job and it was very refreshing to receive it back.

The convenient location of the hotel, situated within close proximity to essential amenities and a mere 10-minute drive from my family celebration venue, added to the convenience and enjoyment of my stay. The seamless experience from check-in to check-out is a testament to the efficiency and attentiveness of the hotel staff. However, I would like to bring to your attention a minor issue regarding the inoperative fan in the bathroom, which was the only aspect that detracted slightly from an otherwise excellent experience. In conclusion, I highly recommend Fairfield Inn & Suites Airport/Brier Creek for those seeking accommodation in Durham, NC. Staff was wonderful. The room was great nice and clean. And the free breakfast was delicious.

This hotel is so nice but the breakfast is not all that

Room was clean. Bed was a little firmer than I would've liked. We went to the pool it's was very clean and well maintained. Hot tub was very relaxing. We had eggs, sausage, and potatoes for breakfast. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Very well priced for the quality. I called just after 10am asking for early check-in - hoping they would allow us to check in around noon or so, but they let us come and check in immediately Breakfast was beautifully presented, but did not taste very good.

Breakfast was great. Lots if choices. The room was clean and comfortable. A great night's stay!
