The Westin Raleigh-Durham Airport

This was a nice hotel I will come back again.

Staff helpful Breakfast available as well as a full functional Starbucks Enjoyed my stay

Staff very pleasant and helpful. Walkable neighborhood to multiple resturants and great resturant on site. Will definitely return for any trip in the area.

Very poor

We always enjoy our stays at the Westin! During our recent visit, we dined at the restaurant and had the pleasure of having Arnita as our server. She provided excellent customer service, was incredibly kind, and made sure we had everything we needed. We truly appreciated her hospitality and hope she is still there the next time we visit. Maybe even as a manager by then! 😉

However, I was a little disappointed with my last visit. We went to swim in the pool around 11am on Saturday & the tables outside had not been wiped off from the night before. There was dried food on the tables & a paper menu was floating in the pool. We also paid for the breakfast buffet for $24 per person with an additional $9 fee & the food was very bland. They had a lot of variety, but it wasn’t seasoned very well. We ended up not finishing our food, because it just wasn’t good. The pastries were dry & the waffles were way too hard as well; I’m guessing from being under the heat lamp? There also was no beverage bar, so we had to wait until a waitress came into the dining area to ask for water, juice, & coffee. They also didn’t put out any condiments, so we had to ask for creamer, sugar, butter & cream cheese too. Our room was very clean & beautiful with a great view, but there was dirty linen on the floor all down the hallways on Saturday & Sunday. When you pay $270 per night & $24 for breakfast, you expect a higher quality of hospitality & sadly, that’s not what we experienced with this last visit.

Underwhelming for a 4 star rating. Nice hotel, very helpful staff, good location, nice room with a comfy bed. But not much to distinguish it from any number of other hotels I’ve stayed in that were rated 3 stars.

The shower wasn’t as clean as I would have liked

No breakfast but hotel would definitely be 5 Star for me would love to tour the presidential suite one day. The Gym and the pool plus the bar and Dj was also amazing If they did serve breakfast

Fabulous hotel, so close to amenities

I always stay at this hotel when I travel to Raleigh for business. The staff is very friendly, I love the Starbucks in the lobby (opens at 5 am!) and the restaurant offers delicious meals. You can’t go wrong at the Westin!

Perfect stay...perfect place

Only cold water in the shower, ran the water more than 10 min without getting any warm water
