Clean room and attentive staff.

Everything was nice and the staff was great. The hotel was close to a lot of stores and restaurants which was a plus.

Convenient location, very comfortable bed after our 9 hour drive to NC. We always stay here when visiting family in the area. Staff were friendly when we arrived at 10.30pm.

I didn't eat the breakfast. the night staff person was very nice and offered me coffee at 3 a.m. but I didn't take her up on coffee When I made the reservation I understood free shuttle service but the shuttle was not available until 5 or 6 a.m. I had to order an uber. My cost. They charged me extra because I had book with Booking dot com. They made me sign a paper saying they were going to charge me that extra fee. It was specific that I had to pay extra. The woman at the front desk at check-in was very hard to understand. It was about 15 minutes to the airport and I had understood it was only 2 minutes. I never write complaints but I was not satisfied with these things and I will not stay in another Holiday Inn Express again.

Had a wonderful experience, however, I wasn’t aware that shuttle service was not 24 hours and had to Uber to the airport. Small inconvenience. Maybe the shuttle schedule should be posted on line.

The location was great. It was easy to book the room online. When I first arrived I was given my key to the room on the 4th floor. After hauling all of my luggage to the 4th floor and entered the room, the bed was not made and there was a drink on the table as if the room was occupied. I hauled my things back to the lobby where I was given a key to a different room on the 4th floor. I went back to the fourth floor (with my luggage) and entered the room which was also occupied. I was extremely embarrassed and frustrated. I went back down to the lobby with all of my luggage and received a key for the third time. I requested that the front desk clerk go with me in case that room was also occupied. She went up with us (again to the 4th floor) and checked the room. It was not occupied but then she forgot to give us a room key. I was never offered a discount or anything for the embarrassment and inconvenience. I was very disappointed. The food was not good as well and the buffet area was unorganized and not very clean. Trying to balance a plate on the tiny counter while holding the lid up to get food was very awkward and inconvenient. A guest spilled their food all over the floor which was not cleaned very well making the floor very sticky and gross.

Front desk agent (lady) at checkout 4:30 am on Wednesday July 22nd went above and beyond to assist me in retrieving my lost bag and getting it to the airport for me. Amazing service
