Hampton Inn & Suites Raleigh-Durham Airport-Brier Creek

My room was fantastic. It was a nice-sized room, and very clean.

Easy walk to restaurants and shopping (or free shuttle from the hotel). Shares amenities with the beautiful embassy suites in the same parking lot. Room and staff were both fantastic.

We had a wonderful stay at Seaside Serenity! The house was perfect for our family of 5. It was clean and had great amenities that made for an effortless stay. The location was perfect for walking to the beach or to Center St for dinner as well. We enjoyed the back deck in the morning for coffee and after the beach with a cocktail! We would definitely stay again. Thanks for a great week!

The property was clean and quiet. We enjoyed the breakfast each morning and the staff was always friendly and helpful with our questions.

Close to good restaurants

The breakfast did exceed our expectations. It was nice to have sliced sausage, mini omelets and a good overall spread. You won’t go hungry, that’s for sure. The rooms were well decorated and welcoming. Check-in and check out was smooth and they allowed us to check in early. That was nice as we had just come from a massage, so it was good to get into the room. The heated pool wasn’t heated…at all, so we didn’t enjoy it since it was a cool day outside. It was too cool to enjoy. Didn’t love the smell of weed throughout the hotel, especially on the 4th floor. The beds are super hard. It was like sleeping on a block on concrete. Woke up at 2am with a sore back. Water pressure was terrible!

Staff, cleanliness Beds weren't the most comfortable and the pillows were absolutely useless to be honest. With two stack on top of each other absolutely no support you'd instantly sink flat i had to add the couch pillow to be able to sleep and that was a stiff throw pillow. Honestly at $20+ for the including breakfast if im paying almost $200 for my room id rather get breakfast somewhere else. It was good just wasn't good either. Best thing was the waffle I made myself.

I travel a lot for beauty business. For this to be a last min. pleasure get away I felt like it was a business trip b/c of the high standards and quality everyone gave!!!! Thank you! ❤️

Location and cleanliness

Clean room but the bed was to firm, very uncomfortable to me.

the only complaint was that the pool was very warm, not refreshing with as hot as its been!! It was almost like getting in a hottub

Everything. Good location to stores, restaurants, and highways. Beds were comfortable. Nice large tv. Even when the hotel got full it was quiet. The employees were extremely courteous and helpful. Well mannered. Our TV died and the front desk employee moved us to another room. That was very nice of them. The water pressure in the bathroom sink was extremely low. Quire annoying but we made do. The shower was perfect.
