N/A Cleanliness - w/o spiders, roaches in refrig - walking across the ceiling - in the bath; left urine in toilet, disrespectful front desk AND FRAUDULENT RENTAL of BUG/SPIDER invected room!! Fraudulent room rentals!!

Nothing at all They had nothing cleaned , looked as it hadn’t been cleaned in months , blood stains on the mattresses and pillows , poop stains on pillows , they just throw cases on those & sheets on the bed so you can’t realize , when I asked for a refund , I showed pics they didn’t even want to see it , they claimed I would receive a refund and I still haven’t seen it

The property is not the same as these pictures online. The rooms are disgusting and I elected not to stay there because it just did not feel like a sanitary place to stay. Absolutely nothing

24 hour Security on Site, although everyone I met was nice. Rooms were somewhat clean with clean full size fridge. Recent Paint. Bed was comfortable. AC was new and worked well. Staff was very accommadating. Staff was very helpful because another location was overbooked and they got me in there for same price. They were painting and making updgrades to the Property and Suites. Location is GREAT. 24 hour Security on Site - and it was necessary. no pots or pans, utensils. Cabinets are empty. you had to wash your towels. cigarette or weed burn marks all over flooring.

I arrived on Saturday I had decided to trust the pictures and take a chance.. BIG MISTAKE. After driving 5 hours I arrived at 4pm and the woman at the desk informed me that they run out of rooms on Fridays and that regardless of reservation she gives out what’s available, the room I reserved was a premium since the website said it was updated. I asked to see the traditional room (last room available) and it was horrendous.. cramped, dirty, and smelled like weed. A cabinet door was just laying in the middle of the floor, and another against the wall.. there were stains all over and the property was filthy with broken glass and trash. Luckily since they gave my room away before I’d even arrived the woman at the desk said they would cancel my reservation and i wouldn’t be charged but they already took the first night fee and it was never reimbursed as promised. As a woman I felt completely unsafe even walking to look at the room let alone stay there.. the building also had a huge section outer section under construction where it looked like the wood had rotted away. Just don’t do it… after living here in my permanent rental for a month the locals tell me that area isn’t at all safe.

It was quiet and in a good place that was close to a lot of places in walking distance. Our room barely had no lights that worked, half the outlets didn’t work, tv wouldn’t work. We had to buy night lights and extension cords in order to have light in the kitchen area and the bathroom and in order to transfer the tv cord to another outlet for it to work.

The worst experience ever,rude and wakes you up for nothing every morning,I had 4days left to stay and I just left. F that place and those women

I had to wait outside for 3 hours to be able to get in my room (which the door was locked.) I had to contact housekeeping several times in order for them to sorta properly clean my room upon arrival. Maintenance had to be called multiple time for the person to fix several problems in my room. Corporate came for an inspection and corporate ultimately got me another room that was suitable for me to stay in and then the manager decided to charge for the room that corporate ultimately put me in. Not I am paying more than what I did upon arrival because I was put in a “premium” room which is called premium only because it was renovated. I give this property a review of 2 stars out of 5 because of what I had to go through. Subpar conditions at this place.

I like everything but the manager. She was rued when I had questions about the best way to pay by the week or by weekly. Just did not seem interested in helping me at all. It was not just one day, I had multiple interactions with her.
