InTown Suites Extended Stay Raleigh NC - Capital Blvd

Staff was mostly friendly. Dirty room, wasp & cockroaches in room.. I had to buy cleaning supplies and clean it & pest spray. Charged technology fee for internet at check in on Thursday.. internet went out on Friday night 26 hours later. I went the whole week with no internet and they kept saying it was going to be fixed.. I had to go other places to do my work on the internet.

Exceptional

Sink needs to be replaced. Other than that it's fine

Exceptional

The room was clean There was trash left in the room from the last guest and it smelled. No toilet paper, and no trash can in the bathroom. I don't think they ever mop the floors because every time I wipe the floors, they're dirty. And the dresser, and table. The bed isn't that comfortable because it squeaks and feels like wire sticking in u, the mattress wasn't that comfortable because when u sit on the side of the bed it is really low, but overall, everything else was clean. Saw 2 roaches but normally they're everywhere. I see that they handled the roch problem.

Me. They said they were over booked

Arrived, bugs at front desk, dirty disgusting. Look at room before renting and what I saw inside was enough to make you throw up! Smelled so bad of human feces, urine, smoke I couldn’t even stay in the room more than .2 seconds! Holes in the wall, carpet disgusting! Broken chair, bed disgusting! Bathroom counter broken. The whole place should be burned down!

Never got in no room is avaliable ever

The room was clean but this hotel have a property roaches and they don’t supply the bathrooms with tissue or anything! The staff service is poor

We never been able to get in it never any room available when i get there even if i book it early Never got in no room is avaliable ever

Nothing

Roaches and u can't book a room again while you're staying there through any booking site but u can book through them which the price would be higher than booking through a site. Make it make sense. The only hotel that I know of does that. I don't understand it.

Superb

N/A Cleanliness - w/o spiders, roaches in refrig - walking across the ceiling - in the bath; left urine in toilet, disrespectful front desk AND FRAUDULENT RENTAL of BUG/SPIDER invected room!! Fraudulent room rentals!!

They had nothing cleaned , looked as it hadn’t been cleaned in months , blood stains on the mattresses and pillows , poop stains on pillows , they just throw cases on those & sheets on the bed so you can’t realize , when I asked for a refund , I showed pics they didn’t even want to see it , they claimed I would receive a refund and I still haven’t seen it
