The kitchenette stocked with basic necessities examples are pots pans various sizes strainer and nylon type cooking utensils although it was unfortunately missing a spatula there was a ladle a slotted spoon and a serving spoon and a spaghetti or casserole grabbing spoon which to me is the spoon with prongs off of it but the fridge had a freezer and was large the shower is so nice my 6 year old son sang in the shower and loved the accessible hand boxes with hose the pool was clean the spa tub was hot the jets worked and the place smells overall very good like a clean and safe and updated place to use as base as a substitute for your home for a while or an excellent place to use for transitioning homes

We had a few minor inconveniences during our stay. They were replacing the carpet in our hallway during our check in time. This didn't impact our ability to check in, but did leave the hallway unsightly. Also, the dining room used for breakfast was having the floor replaced during our entire stay. They moved the serving area and tables for the guest to the lobby area and was able to still provide breakfast daily. They were also blacktopping the parking lot, closing off several spots at a time. Lastly, we had a issue with the kitchen sink in our room not draining. They promptly sent someone up to pour draino in it but that didn't fix it. I was able to troubleshoot the issue and suggest a fix. They listened and fixed the issue. Even with all these minor issues we had a pleasant stay and would stay there again. The staff was friendly and quick to respond and were always pleasant.

Clean room and breakfast was good
-
Everything leading to the room was just awful, old peeling wall paper, shabby elevator, carpet looking quite suspect it was all just very unappealing, even the outside was disheveled and old
-
The room was clean when we got there, but the lobby wasn’t as clean. The tables were dirty. Our room had cucarachas!! Never again will I stay there!

There were a few issues, though. The bed sheets had visible stains, and the air conditioner was not working properly. We called the front desk and were told someone would come to fix it, but no one ever showed up. The hotel is also currently being remodeled, so there was some construction noise at times. Despite these issues, we appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the kindness of the housekeeping staff. With the renovations completed and better follow-up on maintenance requests, this could be a much better experience.

It was a nice easy location next to the freeway that helped and I liked having a hot breakfast. The beds were comfortable but it kind of threw me off having such little pillows. The one thing that I didn't like was the curtains would not pull shut and there was a real bright light outside my window I had to prop the curtains up in order to keep the light out

Good for family vacation. Not even once I had to call Frontdesk for anything, no complaints. What they say and show on the website they do

I liked it,the bed was comfortable and pretty clean The TV's are older,we didn't get many channels and the reception was bad, they have white blinds and the curtains don't close,so the room was really bright. They're under construction, had a weird smell to the place, hopefully will be better when they finish the construction.

This time thou, was a bit different. It appears they are remodeling the lobby. Looks pretty good I have to say. However, the room was an issue. There was no tp holder, the tray with the coffee pot was still dirty, as with the coffee pot itself. There was only one hard chair in the entire room. The last times there was one at the desk by the bathroom and one by the other desk. That was a nice computer chair. The kids could play Xbox and I could use my computer at the desk.

Sunday breakfast was okay. Sausages were salty. Apple juice machine tasted like water, but right away change after I talked to the staff. Hot water jug was cold. Staff gave me a hot water in a glass which I greatly appreciate it! Saturday staff in cleaning the room was not helpful. I did give her our used towels as i don’t want our room to be cleaned, but wanted clean towels. Instead she told me I have to bring used towels by the laundry room. Hallway carpet needs to be clean. We don’t mind going back and stay again. I love the fact that it has a kitchen with utensils! Thank you!

Clean hotel, good pricing, king suite is large and remodeled. Booked this hotel to get a good night sleep and breakfast. Had a terrible sleep. (1) The blackout curtains only line the sides of the windows. Even at night time, the parking lot lights make it so the room is lit - much worse in the mornings (2) Throughout the night, every 30s - 5 min there was some tapping coming through the walls that woke me up at 4:30AM. Long enough duration that your body keeps HOPING it will just go away and trying to drift back to sleep before rudely being yanked back up. I went down to the lobby to describe the problem and ask for ear plugs (which might have helped) but there were none. Was told someone would reach out to me, but no one ever did. Finally fell back asleep after another hour or so with pillows around both ears (tapping was still very audible!). (3) The breakfast was poorly stocked at 9am - no yogurt, bagels, bread, freely accessible plates. Hot food was served by someone. Overheard that this was the same problem the previous day.

Stay was generally ok, the breakfast was great, very nice attendant. Libby under construction but overall not really a problem for us, no construction noise in our room. The most annoying thing was no bathtub per room description of bathtub/shower combo, the only reason why I choose the hotel. Bed was super comfortable.

Renovation was taking place which lowers the scores. Otherwise it was very clean and modern in a decent location. Renovation continued which was a slight inconvenience. Second floor baseboard was yet to be installed, and paper signs for room numbers were used on the doors. First floor room numbers were already done however, but work remained in the lobby area and was ongoing. Luggage cart was broken, only one, and not worth using.

This was a great place to stay for a quick getaway to go paddle boarding with my dog at Lake Natoma and Folsom Lake. The room was sizeable and had a kitchen, and everything was nice and clean. I was able to park right outside my window which I appreciated, and I always like when you can open the windows to get fresh air. They had nice blackout screens as well. The shower head was mounted oddly so that was awkward but not a deal breaker. The free hot breakfast was a bonus. There are clearly some folks living in the hotel who are down on their luck, but everyone was friendly and I felt safe. The area is quiet even though it's also super close to the highway. I would definitely stay there again.

The property is currently under renovation. I wished the app or hotel could have disclosed that before we arrived. Room was clean, the pool was manageable, but not kept well and offered no shaded umbrellas or pool towels. The interior hallways and lobby are still in renovation so saw dust was in the air. Breakfast as decent. I would wait for it to fully be restored before coming back. Or maybe pick something more decent for the price I paid for.

The breakfast was wonderful. The lady serving the breakfast isn't polite or pleasant,. This seems to be an issue regarding this employee. I have stayed at this facility numerous times and she is unpleasant every time

It was a good stay.

Excellent cost friendly motel in a convenient location. Would stay again with no concerns as it was very clean and reasonably comfortable beds.
