Room was good

Great location near shopping, food, and parks. Breakfast was terrific and the staff was pleasant throughout our trip. The lobby was great for visiting with family and friends who were also staying at the hotel.

Awesome stay

For a Hilton hotel and we were very disappointed, our bathroom shower was dirty with hair in it, pulled the sheets back to get in bed and again short black curly hair on the sheet after the I complained to management and they told me I would have to deal with upper management today. We're staying one more day because I'm handicapped and can't travel today.

Staffs was taking forever to attend us and system was down rude .. had my confirmation and my room was paid still ask me for a deposit never had a issue like that before

Great location and staff.

The initial room we were assigned had an unpleasant odor, which we identified as cat urine. We were subsequently moved to a different room. Unfortunately, in the second room, the shower only provided cold water. We found this experience quite disappointing.

Place was great - would come again

The young woman in the cafeteria was very helpful when I went in to have breakfast twice. Glad you still have a gym.

Rooms are severely outdated and felt a bit dingy. The shower curtain rod was lose and nearly close to falling out of the wall and my shower curtain rod wouldn’t stay closed. There has been some light updates to the rooms but it still need some work.

Booked this hotel for my stay while in recovery from a major surgery. I needed accessible room which the only one available was on the 4th floor. It wasn't too bad, little outdated could use some upgrades. The staff were very nice and accommodating. Overall a decent stay.

The bathroom walls were not cleaned and the sink was not cleaned well. The filter for the a/c and heater was not cleaned and the air was not so fresh in the room. The bed and sheets were clean and fresh. Very nice having outlet right near by.

It's a good property, a little pricey for the location. Not far from historic area which was nice. Silk restaurant in the same parking lot is excellent!
