Very dirty, both the property and the rooms. Had to get a refund and get a different hotel. They were very fast with the refund and understanding of the situation so that was good.

The location off the freeway was ideal and easy for a quick stop over. The staff were okay. This was an atrocious place to stay and it seems criminal to charge even $70 for what I was given. There are long term residents there. The entire room was dirty, light fixtures only half working, the toilet ran the entire night and the locking mechanism on the door has noticeable holes. I felt extremely unsafe and gross. There were dead bugs on the ground and live bugs just crawling around - not sure which is worse. There were also just weird things about the room like having a desk with no chair. On top of it all, the check-in process was weird and required a $100 hold.

The rooms we’re discussing, Holes in walls , holes in doors Broken stuff , dirty floors, dirty blankets, No towels provided until we asked for some I let the front personnel about the situation and they switched us rooms but it was still dirty and with broken towel rack and holes on walls and blankets. There was also some guys outside breaking into guest cars empty the cars it was past midnight so 2 of had to sleep in the car just so they wouldn’t still our stuff 😬😢

Entire night not able to sleep because neighbors room sound keep on coming. This hotel doesn't close the wall properly with neighbors room.

It was nice, staff was nice, pool was clean and well maintained. Would love to be able to get ice, but no ice machines on property. Awsome location. Lots of stuff for families to do.n

Room 303 has the best AC unit. Out it down t0 60 the 2 days inwas there never shut it off.

Room had lots of roaches. Dog poo everywhere outside.

Felt unsafe, not clean, staff want at the desk at 9pm, noise.

If I could give this place less than 1 star, I would. The roaches, spiders, and flies in this place were relentless. Not to mention, my TV in 115 didn't work. There were no towels. You had to ask for them at the desk. There is no breakfast event though they advertise it. An There a a bunch of transient-looking people hanging out at all hours of the night.

Room smelled like bleach And appeared very white and clean there were no pictures on wall there were however 4 cockroaches crawling on bed frame the fridge was missing overall I guess it’s not the worst I’ve seen but it’s a close race I’d in completely honest

This was the most horrible hotel we have ever been at…changed rooms like 3 times because of the smell….and the last room we got still smelled like smoke that’s supposed to be a non smoking room..

No pool no towels. Very dirty

If you are a woman traveling alone, please do not stay here. When I arrived around 4:00 p.m., no one was at the front desk. There was only a note telling guests to call a phone number. I called three times without anyone answering. Since I was trying to get to an event, this was extremely frustrating. On my fourth call, someone finally answered and said they would come to check me in. When I entered my room, it wasn’t properly cleaned, and there were no towels. Because I was already running late, I had to leave immediately after dropping off my suitcase. When I returned later that night, the experience became much worse. There were many people gathered in the parking lot, and it appeared that some were living out of their vehicles. Because it was a warm evening, many people were outside. Throughout the night, there was constant yelling, arguing, cursing and very very loud disturbances. As a solo female traveler, I was genuinely frightened. I was so uncomfortable that I stayed inside my room and could not sleep the entire night. I even pushed furniture against the door because I was afraid someone might try to enter. I felt so UNSAFE leaving the room to get to my car to escape this place. My phone died and I had no charger, so I had no way to call 911 for help to help me arrange to leave. This was by far the most unsettling hotel stay I have ever experienced. This hotel need to be closed!!
