Property was halfway boarded up Most windows on rooms were damaged Property had roach infestation and incompetent employees

The room was very dirty, it just a one time “oops missed cleaning that.” We had a ton of garbage under our bed, smeared stuff on the walls, door barely closed.

Filthy room. Graffiti on the walls INSIDE the room, cockroaches and earwigs. Dried blood on the walls INSIDE in the bathroom. No trash can in the room.

Nothing the vending machines Wen I got there there was a heroin pen in my room but they switched our room for us but still

Bed was comfy Very dirty, ac unit was broken outside the window and the key card kept not working. Curtains wouldn’t close and had to clip it with a hair clip. People kept walking by looking inside

No wifi, no microwave. TV was not plugged in and the plug would not reach any outlets. Asked for an extension cord at the front desk. Waited an hour. Went back to the front desk and said if I removed the taped on power strip from the back of the desk it might reach the outlet. Got permission to untape and it barely reached . TV a little sideways. Cheap rates though. This isn't the Hilton. You get what you pay for

If you book this hotel be aware that there’s a $100 security deposit that is not clearly listed on here, I ended up stranded in the middle of rancho because I didn’t have $100 hence why I booked a $60 hotel room.

No breakfast, bugs in room, water on floor, office staff not available for 5 minutes, no TV that worked, no WIfi that worked.

I did not see breakfast when I checked out at 7 am. Location was perfect for the function I attended. Light bulbs burned out. Had to get help to open the door. Could have been cleaner.

Location is close to amenities The room smelled like smoke . It wasn’t clean , the tv didn’t work . It was loud at night . There was a roach in the tub .

Not the best area in the city though it was quiet. Parking lot was well lit. My deal breaker was the leftover food left in the fridge for me to find. And the place was clearly dated and needs an upgrade.

Loud neighbors but ther hotel cannot control that

The shower faucet was not working and broken!

Room had a very strong unpleasant smell had to keep the door and window open the full day to deal with the smell

Supposedly, they have only owned the property for a few months. Photos of a breakroom for guests to use and a free breakfast are incorrect. There are no such services
