Larkspur Landing Extended Stay Suites Folsom

This property is old & outdated. My door knob was wobbly & stuck every time I tried to open the room door. The room was dark & depressing. Bed was uncomfortable. I paid two nights & just stayed one night to return to the comfort of my bed.

Really nice hotel and a short walk to trails, restaurants, and shopping. Super nice front desk staff as well!

Everything was amazing. From the front staff to the maid service! Great way to spend a staycation in your own backyard for your birthday weekend Everything was great!! No complaints

Our stay was quiet, even though the location is very close to many restaurants, shopping, and not too far from highway 50. The hotel is tucked away in a quiet corner.

This is a very substandard barley 2-star hotel.

Rooms were spacious and clean, breakfast area was neat. Safe location

Bed was great, that is my main concern. A hot tub/spa would have been nice.

Limited Breakfast, Helpful Staff, Clean Rooms.

Really dog friendly if you have a pet

I like the idea that I can stay there again. I needed rest and I received it. Now I plan on staying there for my future business plans and education. The surrounding businesses help support my mental and health benefits. Thank you God There was nothing not to like. It was quiet, away from the evil and harm the world brings with it

I always stay at Larkspur Landing Extended Stay Suites when I have to come to the area for work. I feel safe there; the property is clean; staff are helpful and friendly. I love that it is pet-friendly, too, as I usually bring my lab with me on these trips. The hotel is located close to eateries, shopping, a movie theater ... Can't beat it. Lastly, I love that it is close to the American River Bike Trail! I enjoyed walking with my dog on the trail in the mornings when I stayed there in June. I highly recommend this hotel!

It was quiet and what I expected. We have stayed there more than a few times. I understand that the costs are going up, but charge another few bucks and upgrade the breakfast. The egg Mcmuffin was really lacking. Sorry, but you asked.

The only things that were acceptable was the linens & beds. I didn’t look under the sheets or mattress pad - but the beds were comfortable & sheet and towels were acceptable . We have stayed in this location in Folsom in the past BUT will never go there again

The staff was very helpful with tips about the area. The breakfast was nice and the hotel was clean
