Larkspur Landing Extended Stay Suites Folsom

Great location, rooms are always comfortable and very spacious. Never had a bad experience at a Larkspur property.

Everything was great except the included breakfast. The food was disappointing.

Love the location of this hotel to Lake Natoma. Rooms are spacious for a family. Love that they also offer continental breakfast, and afternoon cookies. If you travel with pets, they are welcome and also have treats for them at the front desk.

It's a perfect location for staying in Folsom. The room was nice and the hotel is clean. Parking is tight, so we had to search every night. We were disappointed with the breakfast; it was okay, but not enough choices and some things would run out long before breakfast was over. We would stay there again.

The property is quiet and close to Folsom outlets. The hotel’s has a nice laundry facilities and the staff are nice and professional.

The staff was so great. Helpful, kind, and laughed at my husband's "jokes". They deserve a raise. The rooms are roomy with good amenities and a pull out bed that's actually comfortable. The property showed it's age but was well attended to generally.

The room was a little bit cramped, especially the bathroom. There were some fairly large night tables on either side of the bed that made the head of the bed pretty cramped.

Clean rooms. Clean lobby and laundry room. Great laundry facility. Breakfast is good but basic ie: individual take away cereal, juice boxes, yogurt, bread, muffins, croissants??… hot food is only sausage & egg. Downside toilets need upgrading and shower pressure could be better.

Fossum is a great city. Enjoyed Jesus Culture Sunday morning. The old town area is the best! Great dining and shopping.

Hot breakfast was a joke. The other items were ok.

Door handle was broken in room. Maintenance never came to fix it. I

David at front desk was really helpful. Thank him. We forgot to bring one toothbrush but he kindly gave one to us. There was a big barrel of ice water in the lobby. This kind of small things make the stay warm.

This property is old & outdated. My door knob was wobbly & stuck every time I tried to open the room door. The room was dark & depressing. Bed was uncomfortable. I paid two nights & just stayed one night to return to the comfort of my bed.

Really nice hotel and a short walk to trails, restaurants, and shopping. Super nice front desk staff as well!

Our stay was quiet, even though the location is very close to many restaurants, shopping, and not too far from highway 50. The hotel is tucked away in a quiet corner.
