Clean room, quiet place, swimming pool, free parking, good staff

However it goes massively downhill from there - the hallway carpeting is the most damaged I’ve ever witnessed. It is completely buckling in all areas and is a total eyesore and potential injury hazard. Unbelievable that a prominent chain such as Hilton wouldn’t correct this problem. Then the POOL was another massive issue. Our visit was in the summer and you’d think the pool would be chilled ( yes, hotels do that!) to make it refreshing. We went in the early evening after dinner with the children - still about 110 degrees outside. Step into the pool and it is literally hot tub temperature….id say, 102 degrees temp ( I own a hot tub so know ). Very disgusting and I’m sure laden with germs at that temp. Then the pool towels were thin, rough and the size of a large hand towel. It wouldn’t even go around the waist of one of us and she’s not that large. We all laughed at the quality of the towels. Rooms were nice and we enjoyed the adjoins room with our children. No fault here. If you want a more resort feel with clean, eye pleasing hall carpeting and a cool pool at ALL times, the definitely book someplace else. There are many hotels to choose from.

Thought it would be better. The carpet throughout hallways was all coming up and had big waves in it. Bed was hard as a rock. Kids noticed pics were hung unevenly and leaning lol, couldn’t even adjust them. Just really outdated.

Love the staff and the room

Our fridge was partially broken but it was nice to have a microwave in the room. The pool was my biggest disappointment: no lights at night even if the pool is open until 10pm Towels were not always available Most of the chairs and lounge chairs are broken missing straps Also wouldn’t be a bad idea to add a couple of umbrellas.

Front desk staff very nice and helpful. Location and room were very clean and comfortable.

This is a great hotel. I’ve stayed twice now and it’s very clean and the staff is really nice. Downside is the breakfast is not complimentary but there is free parking which is nice.

Never been so disappointed in a Hilton Garden the lobby hallways and elevator were very hot. The bar was pitiful didn’t even attempt eating there. Just poor quality. The person who did the room is very good much better than whoever maintains the place

We had to change two of the three rooms. One was musty. One was smoky. Even then only one room smelled fresh.

Nice and simple.
