The staff was very helpful and nice. Especially the guy working nights! The property was clean and nice as well as the rooms! The only complaint I have was the pool was very cloudy and dirty. Loved staying here and would return.

The room had a a few details as far as maintenance. The cleaningness was on point. The guy at check in was super nice. I got room 116 and id probably request the same room next time. Im a local but my AC broke and didnt want to bother family or friends. I would definately book again to bring my teens to use the pool and watch movies. They have free breakfast which i didnt try (too early) but have complementary coffee all day long.. AMAZING coffee… no biggy with parking no permit or none of that nonsense. Also, deposit was only $20 … great place..

Location of this hotel is great, grocery stores and lots of shopping near by so it’s very convenient. The breakfast hours are too short on the weekends and the variety leaves a bit to be desired.

The location, the price, the breakfast included. The rooms need some upgrade, specially the bathrooms, the dog non barking next to my room was unfortunate.

location, cleanliness, staff, room size, room style. the pool was extremely dirty!!! poor quality body hair care and body soap/ toiletries overall bad quality. breakfast should include fresh cut fruit, real eggs and more protein options

The Front Desk young man was so friendly and polite and helpful during our check in and stay. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

I didn't get a chance to make it to breakfast. My family and I had got in really late and were super exhausted. The rooms seem outdated and had mold in the restroom. I've stayed at a Springhill before but this just wasn't what I expected.
