Our family had the best time at Omni Ranch Resort. The rooms and grounds were so clean and well kept. We ate at both restaurants, the palm cafe and poolside, the food at each of them was excellent. The different pool options, lazy river and water slides were so fun. This was our second time staying here and we will be back for sure.

The room was clean however the bathroom door didn’t provide much privacy and would constantly get stuck being it was a sliding door. The pullout bed in the living room was all springs not comfy at all! The property was nice and clean but the cafe and restaurant were a little overpriced.

Overall my experience at the Omni was good just feel that check in fees and expenses could have been explained better before check in. Parking was a different story it was Terrible parking should be assigned in this place because when you get to your room there is no parking near your room and whoever's room is far away they go and park near yours for the convenience of the amenities around you and that leaves you having to park far and catching shuttles and waiting.

We love staying at the Omni but this time was a little different. We had a couple below us chain smoke cigarettes and throw their cigs in the dirt. There was parties who brought their own music speaker blasting inappropriate music for children. There was grown men smoking marijuana off the patio next to the pool. I was constantly on edge watching my kids, it didn’t feel very family friendly. The staff was great and kind but unfortunately wasn’t able to accommodate these issues.
