The property is very nice and the rooms were clean. However, the bathroom towels were stained and the shower was old and drippy.

OMG. Where do I start? The parking is great...right by the room and right by the pool and right by the check in. I like how there is parking all around the resort! Its great. Then the lazy river is to die for!! I had such an amazing time floating and floating and floating all around and around and around the lazy RIVER!! Then the slides and the kids spash area then the bar and the drinks and stuff delivered to the chaise seating areas and then the private cabanas! Great room after all that water excitement. The beds were soo soo super comfy and amazing! I need to get the brand of beds so I can get one at the house. Then the courtesy of the staff and promptessss was super great. Someone in management is listening as my biggest request was immediately taken care of with no no no muss or fuss. Thank you OMNI Rancho Las Palmas for making my mini trim to the desert one of the bestest experiences for me and my two little kids...and the robes and the bath was great too! Stay here if you do the PS.

Staff were very nice and helpful but the carpet in room 313 it was filthy. We had to wear their room flip-flops in the room to avoid any bacteria or something that you can catch, so super dirty they should replace the carpet or not even have carpet.

Great first time visit, food was amazing and really friendly staff

The overall property is excellent and the service is top tier. The condition of the rooms is becoming dated with visible wear and tear all around. In the summer it’s worth the price, but in the fall and winter when it’s upwards of 400-500 a night, I would say not worth it. Overall a great place for families and good options on and off property

Everything was amazing. Nothing I could complain about
-
Great for families! Lots of fun activities. My room had an ugly view, opened the patio doors and it was just an empty river bed or something but just dry brush and a big empty nothing.
-
My 15year loved it. Loved the pool and lazy river. The massive cockroach on the wall. We had to changed rooms.
