Very beautiful pools and nice rooms. and the employees were all perfect. The owners or whoever manages the property. They kept charging my card multiple charges from 196, 296, 588. If we didn’t stop the charges from Going through it would have been around $1500 of extra charges. We paid before hand using booking. They didn’t see it on their end. So they charged me 1076 after I got done paying it. After we got done paying the incidental got the room keys and everything and they still kept trying to charge us. They called me and we explained everything and then we thought it was good till we got home they kept trying to charge our card and when we call to dispute they blamed it on booking being the third party and the reservation they were on, even though we never had a problem like this through booking and my sister used booking but they didn’t get any extra charges. Luckily it hasn’t happened yet. So let’s hope it stays that way. Nice and friendly employees though.

Stay was okay. Grounds and room could’ve been cleaner. Trash and dirty socks were right outside my door, you had to practically step over it to get inside. Housekeeping had three chances to pick it up but chose not to.

Perfect getaway for the whole family. Don’t need to leave resort if you don’t want to. And if you have too everything is close by. Staff was friendly, room is nice.

Everything! The facilities were great, tons of lounge chairs, multiple pools, the drinks were great, and we even enjoyed the lazy river! The food at all of the locations was phenomenal, especially at Double Date for dinner and Desert Pearl for breakfast! The staff was so very accommodating, helpful, and the pick ups in the golf cart to drive us up front were exactly what we needed for our Uber! Overall, highly recommend! Honestly, I can’t think of anything major. I am a cigar smoker so a more comfortable smoke area would have been nice, especially since they sell cigars in the gift shop.

Rooms were large and looked good at first glance but seemed a little old upon closer inspection. The beds were comfortable, and we found the room comfortable overall until night came... for some reason we could hear our neighbors as if we were all in the same room. The restaurants seemed expensive for how average they were, buffet food and off the menu seemed to be the same. Staff in the morning was good, but we had issue with dinner staff seemingly inexperienced and dinner taking forever. I was expecting a more luxurious experience given the starting point of room rates.
