We enjoyed our stay it was quiet and very restful

Reasonable price, quiet location. Bed was comfortable, and food was within walking distance.

The cleanliness of the rooms never disappoint. Managers are always extremely helpful.

I liked how smooth and welcoming the check-in experience was. The staff were courteous, professional, and helpful, and I appreciated how quickly I was able to get settled into my room. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Overall, I felt welcomed and had a very pleasant experience. There wasn't anything significant that I disliked about my previous stay. The check-in process was smooth, the staff were courteous and helpful, and the room met my expectations. If anything, I would simply appreciate an equally smooth and welcoming experience when I return. Maybe lite refreshments for guests checking in or out. Because of the way the heat dehydrates

Not too much ,the pool was hot and the bathwater cold they don't use enough bleach the local cops are nosey and harass guests you can't check in till 3:00 and the place needs a good power washing.

Location Outside area not very clean

room was great. bed great. pillow covers smell like a lot of dust on them so I ended using a personal shirt over them. Outside the area, couple of homeless people just walking around. First night someone called the cops on somebody outside the hotel. OMG worst thing ever they have homeless people all over, I get the room is dirty like the beds are undone so they switch me to another room upstairs and its worst they didn't broom we ask the cleaning lady she's mad with an attitude so rude and just hand us the broom and we are brooming under the beds so discussing we had to show them and the manager is mad and angry and gave us our refund back ugh never again and we had the kids but terrible service.

I am requesting a full refund because there was no Wi-Fi and no telephone service, which is unacceptable.

Front desk manager with the curly white hair that had a yellow hue and eyeglasses was so rude and apathetic. routinely. so I decided to try a different location. thank goodness for Jamilla, whose kind and friendly approach made the guests wonder why she was not the manager??? something is awry, the customers are being done a disservice when someone with a natural talent for making guests feel like they are taken care of is out-ranked by a cranky curmudgeon. The other front desk person, a charming guy who cut his hair from long to short was also great to experience check-in with...and a third front desk person, shorter with long dark hair, was very kind in their approach. How did the man with the rancid attitude get the managment position? motel 6, rethink this. I stopped coming to this location because of the rude way this person handled everything. also, the ice machine/laundry/vending machine room would often have a misspelled sign on the door stating the room would not grant access due to being broken, without any further specifics.

NA Check in was supposed to be at 3:00pm I arrived at 4:30 but when I checked in they gave me my room. The room was not cleaned! They changed me to another room and it was not cleaned either.
