Hyatt Vacation Club at Desert Oasis

Overall, we really loved the place. The amenities were nice and clean and well maintained. unfortunately, we had one negative experience with one of the visitors staying there. who treated us in a discriminatory and disrespectful way. What made it worse was that one of the employes acted the same way as the visitor. Employees should not agree with either side take information or walk away, instead he is telling us how to discipline. Other than that experience, we enjoyed our stay.

Excellent, nice and quiet, very clean grounds. Bingo in the pool was a cute touch and the young woman that was hosting made it fun. It was HOT (116), it was still hot in the pool. Very nice villas. Great amenities if bringing kids.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay. The staff was so friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The property is beautifully maintained and the amenities exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be back soon.

We love having a full kitchen to do our own food - saves money and eat better. The large balcony is great for the early am and evenings! Like having a separate bedroom, table for meals and all of the space. This has become our go-to spot when we come to Palm Springs!

Kitchen was supplied with everything needed Rooms were large, loved the balcony Bathroom could use some updating however was functional Only came in contact with staff during registration and room service, both were professional. Yes, I would definitely stay again!

Great for the price

It was a great stay! Clean and comfy

Guy up front was rude on the phone ignoring us when we first walked in for like 2 or 3 minutes, then the pool was being emptied and parking lot was getting repaired but we had a park in the front. We couldn't even park close to the room. They should have let us know this before I booked it. Also, no smart TV is 2026 by 2020 for sure. They should have Smart TVs by now so we had to watch what they had on cable. It would have been nice to watch a movie or something on Netflix or prime we could log into our own account, OR I've been to hotels where they have a channel's where you can rent Movies ,should do at least something like that probably won't be back
