Hyatt Vacation Club at Desert Oasis

I liked having a kitchen to make breakfast and lunch, but there are plenty of nice restaurants close to the property if cooking isn't your thing. Also can appreciate the in-room washer and dryer, especially if travelling with kids. Overall, enjoyed my stay and would come again.

Everything was great!! Only downfall was no smart TVs so we could not watch Netflix we usually love to watch movies during the night!! Please update TVs at least 1 . Other than that it was great

Wonderful stay. We ended up extending a night. Staff made that process seamless for us.

I had an amazing stay here! 10/10 recommend. Easy commute to the hub of everything in Palm Springs and it’s great to be able to come back from a late night to quiet and serenity. The bed was so comfortable, best night sleep I had in months. I’ll easily come back to stay any time I’m in Palm Springs

The hotel and room are dated. Although the room is spacious, it was not the cleanest. The bathroom needs some tlc and the furniture in the living room is worn. The pull out bed was also not very comfortable. The hotel grounds are well kept but need updating. Overall, stay was fine for 1 night but i would not consider for longer stays.

The price and the property was perfect for my family. Thankful their ADA amenities worked for the pool and hot tub. My elderly father was able to enjoy the pool for the first time a long time.

I would definitely go back and stay.

Great amenities, exceptional staff, fully stocked kitchen, very clean and well kept up

The staff very friendly, location great. Super quiet for relax . The only little problem it the laundry I call many times for fix but them take a long time.

We were there this past week so summer, the pool was great as we had it almost to ourselves. I would worry if I was there in peak season that the pool would feel too small for the number of places. But overall the location was nice in the middle of Palm Springs and Palm Dessert so easy to get around!

Rooms felt clean and welcoming up keep was good for what seems like older location quiet environment not too much noice. Staff was excellent friendly and knowledgeable. Kitchen amenities were fantastic really enjoyed having the option to stay in for breakfast washer and dryer were extremely helpful. Only thing about the shower be careful with the hot water if mother unit turns on the cold water you will get burn as the hot water becomes scorching hot.

Relaxing oasis in the middle of Cathedral City which is a low budget area. But it makes this property shine budget wise. Definitely check to see if there's a holiday before going, it gets CROWDED. There was only one day we couldn't find any seating by the pool. But then this was followed by 2 days of quiet bliss. If I didnt already own in Cabo I would definitely buy time here. The security is constant as there is no locked gates buildings or doors. Allowing easy access from the streets. But I felt safe enough to keep all my doors and windows open. The staff are amazing. Very nice hospitable and responsive. They adjust the pool settings which is great..we definitely needed a cooler Adult pool. But the fact that they had a separate pool away from screaming children was a game changer. The kids love to play which is no biggie but only some of the parents actually teach their children how to co exist. So the adult pool was a great compromise. They keep the grounds well maintained, just know that if you have allergies then stay inside while they are blowing and cutting the foliage. I had a full on asthma attack. No one's fault. All in all it was a relaxing stay.

Very clean and nice property. Rooms were spacious and nice. Pool is a little small for the size of the hotel. Other than that, it is perfect.

Fantastic resort, helpful and accommodating staff, and conveniently located. Would definitely recommend (especially for families) and would absolutely stay here again.
