Amazing resort. We loved everything and everyone!

The room my family received was out dated, kitchen floor panels were loose and needed to be replaced. The reason I gave it a 2 star was due to me having to request for towels multiple times and after waiting over 4 hours, I went out to the store to purchase our own towels. I reported this issue with the receptionist and she was very understanding and ensured the maintenance supervisor was notified. At checkout I asked for a print out of my total charges and was provided a document and told to add all the charge for a grand total. This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced here at this resort.

Stayed in a one bedroom villa room 563. Went for my anniversary and had a great time! The parking was easy as well as accessing the room. The building is a little outdated and tend to creek a lot. The rooms however, were modern and nice!!! Full kitchen was a plus and the big space made it fun for game nights. Not sure if our room was haunted however since the light and fan in the bedroom would turn on all on its own. My partner as well heard noise’s throughout our stay such as someone clapping in front of her when we were asleep. Our guests also heard tapping and sounds throughout the room at random times. These noises would happen throughout our stay but not bad to the point we were spooked. We are a middle class 20s couple for reference but I would recommend this place for everyone trying to be at home but away from home.

Full kitchen with everything you'll need to cook with. Washer and dryer were also a plus. I would say its a great place for families since the room was separate and there was still a living room. Ill definitely be back
