WorldMark Palm Springs - Plaza Resort and Spa

The room was clean and kitchen items were excellent. The TV didn't have a lot of channels

Fully stocked kitchenette; lovely view of a large golf course possible; exercise room and two pools, lots of movie DVDs available in the lobby. The hotel will be upgraded between January and April 2027 which may affect room prices.

As ysual, our stay was good and the staff did a fine job

Check in was super smooth and easy, staff were kind, helpful and informative of the daily events like root beer floats, wine and chocolate and pebble painting. Room was so wonderful! Stocked with plenty of amenities for cooking, and living while away from home. Pools and pool area were clean and tidy as well as the surroundings outside. Was an overall GREAT stay and can’t wait to come back. Super family friendly and felt completely safe while there.

The only black mark was the fact that after checking in we were directed by the front desk to a lady who was supposed to be a “concierge” but in reality was trying to sell us timeshare!!!!!!! Not what you want when on holiday !! Otherwise it was very comfortable. Perhaps a few pictures in the rooms would be good - just to make them look more inviting.

Clean quiet property. 2 pools on the smaller side but well maintained and never crowded each time we've stayed there. The kitchen was well stocked and made it nice. The rooms on the golf course side seem nicer to me as your away from road and parking lot

The Plaza is a beautiful resort. I’ve been going there for about 20 years…. Always enjoy my stay and the staff is exceptional, just exceptional. They are always there available for you. Whatever you need. U everything was fine. I can’t think of a thing that I would ask for

Location. I liked the kitchenette but the decor was a little

Peace and happiness on the resort kind staff. My stay was too short.

There are laundry washer dryer in the hall, Ice maker, hair dryer, vanity mirror with seat cubicle,etc. However, I was surprised having little pressured about a timeshare/condo presentation (they are trying to book an appointment) when I am pressed for time as attending an event. It may be for some people but not for me.
