It was a basic room. Turn on Refrigerator prior to guest arrival. There was a Hornets nest on the balcony. I left a shirt in the room and was informed to call back next day. They did not want to check the room when i called because someone checked in. The shirt was not there the next day. Figuring out how the TV works was confusing, too many remotes and no instructions in the room.

Nice staff/nice beds &bedding/ good location. Hands down better than the Travelodge/Wyndham in PS, dollar to dollar I’m sure this isn’t the first time you’ve heard this, but the water temp was all over the place. One second you were scorched, and the next you were iced out… that was difficult, but we figured out when the better times to shower were.

Property is no smoking but the smell of weed was very much present. Staff were friendly and helpful. Pool was in need of some assistance. Decent place for the price.

Clean and nice staff

I loved the comfort of the beds, quiet peacefulness of the hotel & close proximity to amenities. The staff was pleasant and welcoming. One draw back was no elevator. I read someone else's review say this and didn't think it was a big deal, until I was carrying heavy luggage up an down the stairs. It feels unsafe..

Comfortable beds not one squeak

Once you are in your room it was nice and clean and very comfortable bed The out side was a little bit ghetto.. and the hallway smells like a old hotel

This hotel felt very unsafe and was surrounded by homeless people, even they feel free to enter the hotel,no security. The hallways were dirty and smelled terrible, and the room itself was also smelly. Everything in the hotel is very old and poorly maintained. We experienced bed bugs, which is completely unacceptable. The jacuzzi was unusable because it was full of bees, and the pool area was in horrible condition. The pool chairs were extremely dirty and broken. On top of that, the pool was closed earlier than the time they advertise. There was no room cleaning the next day, and customer service was very bad. Staff kept threatening to charge us for this and that instead of helping or resolving issues. The hotel is very close to a busy street, so it was noisy and impossible to relax. Overall, this was a total waste of money. Definitely not a place to rest or feel comfortable. I do not recommend this hotel at all. On top of all that they charged us for a towel because it was dirty!!!!!!!!!! Terrible customer service???

It’s pretty near to Target, McDonald’s, Starbucks and other food establishments. Especially near to the event I’m going. The smell of the carpet. Smells dirty, very strong stench smell when you walk in the hallway.

Everything was great!

Well located budget room. Perfect for a quick one night stay. Room was clean, check in was easy, asked for and got a room on the first floor.

Good for the price, but definitely an older somewhat rundown property. I would only suggest it as an option for cheap stay. Beds were confortable so thats a plus.

It was close to the grocery store The beds were dirty and we were very itchy all night. The bathrooms towels had black stains all over them. The ac didn't work and when we asked him to switch rooms because I have asthma and I couldn't breathe in the room he said no. It was too late to get another hotel. I wasn't able to sleep because it was really hot and the ac was also blowing dirty air. The beds were hard and had stains on them. The window had cracks all over them. The floor had dirty all over it. It was a very unpleasant stay and I will never go there again. We asked the staff for water because we were thirsty and the sink water was dirty and all the stores were closed and he said we had to use the vending machine. The vending machine charged me for someone else's drink aswell! This was such a bad experience.
