Just a convenient location. There’s a motel smell that lingers in the hallways and room. They even had air fresheners in the hallway vents..

For the price it wasn’t the best nor the worst. It was exactly what we paid for.

Housekeeping was None. Want your linens cleaned put them out your door and wait. Want water bugs coming out of the toilet this is the place. Dirty rooms. Front Desk is abusive and forced payments not owed and scare tactic like forcible entry on a paid guest of 21 days. I believe I left nine days early do safety and no refund. No refund for pet fee not used. No refund for security deposit that was charged with credit card they did not have my number therefore booking.com must have done the transaction 4 days after checkin. Hallways hot and dirty. Pool swarms of Bees.

Lobby was uncomfortably hot, front desk agent had to work in that oven. Room did not match pictures. Floors were dirty. Walls are not soundproof. Pool/spa were also dirty. View was of an abandoned parking lot against the mountains.

It was a basic room. Turn on Refrigerator prior to guest arrival. There was a Hornets nest on the balcony. I left a shirt in the room and was informed to call back next day. They did not want to check the room when i called because someone checked in. The shirt was not there the next day. Figuring out how the TV works was confusing, too many remotes and no instructions in the room.

Nice staff/nice beds &bedding/ good location. Hands down better than the Travelodge/Wyndham in PS, dollar to dollar I’m sure this isn’t the first time you’ve heard this, but the water temp was all over the place. One second you were scorched, and the next you were iced out… that was difficult, but we figured out when the better times to shower were.
