The only thing that turned me off was the bartender at the pool. It was giving RUDE. But everything else was perfect. No other complaints.

A serene, quiet, quant, and cute hidden gem with clean rooms, and attentive friendly staff.

Me and my husband loved our stay overall, very quiet and kept. The rooms were beautiful and clean. The staff were so helpful and welcoming. I’d 110% come back.

When we arrived at our room, there was no toilet paper, so I had to walk back to the front office to get some. The gentleman at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful and took care of it immediately, but it’s still something that ideally should have been checked before arrival. The pool was also lukewarm, even slightly warm, which made it less refreshing than you’d expect in the desert heat. The AC worked and kept the room cool, but never really got the room comfortably cold. Finally, the water/ice dispenser showed a red filter-status light, indicating that the filter was due for replacement. That made us a little hesitant about the water and ice. None of these issues ruined our stay, and overall we had a positive experience. They’re simply the details that kept it from being a five-star stay for us.

I visited this weekend and prior to my weekend I knew I was going to have trouble with the manager “rolando “ I believe that’s his name. Everytime I would call just make sure the amenities or anything regarding the hotel he has an attitude & would just hung up. So when I got to the hotel everything was fine. Nice entrance and the lobby inside registration very cute. Rooms were spacious. But I did find a roach. & also the wood party by the door it was cracked and dirty & moldy and I believe that’s where the roach came from. Towels and ropes very hard . Ok so the main thing why I liked this hotel was the pink vibes in the pool. The pool doesn’t look nothing like the pictures. So the pink umbrellas are super faded. There was no pink towels. And the water was hot! I’ve been to Palm Springs many times and no matter how hot it is outside the pool never felt hot or slimmy. It was a weird feeling. Also I don’t mind staying at a hotel where family can go with their kids. I have kids myself. My point is there was this guy with his 2 kids. He kept throwing them in the water constantly. And kids kept crying to stop. There was a point he grabbed one kid by the neck. I have videos. It was so cringe and scary to watch. We heard that kid cry here and there for over and hour. It was so awkward and felt bad for the kid. That didn’t let us enjoy the pool at all. And he would give us ugly stares. Now here it is where it gets creepy. The pool is 24hr and that guy was there at 3 am. No security

We’ve stayed here a couple of times. We love the decor and that they’re all like little Casitas with separate kitchenettes. Very clean and a great value for this property. A little off the beaten path in between Palm Springs and Palm Desert. They didn’t have pool towels in the morning when we went to the pool two mornings in a row and had to wait a bit. We called the front desk to ask a couple of times. We just ended up using our towels from our room. Not a big deal, but it’s just those little touches that make a big difference in your stay. Otherwise, pool and bar are nice and drinks were good. Service was good.

    Exceptional

Liked that there was a bar on location. Rooms close to pool was a plus. The bartender was great and she is also the executive chef when the restaurant is open. The restaurant was closed due to it being off season but the bar food was good . The only issue was that the pool water was warm. In the winter that would’ve been great but when it’s 100 degrees out I wish the facility would have had the water cold that would have made the stay at the pool sweet.

Very nice resort. We only stayed for one night and it was very hot, 114 degrees. Off season. The rooms were great. We wish we would have had more time there.

We stay here often. Nancy, Rolando and others we don’t know their names are great. We live in LA and whenever we are looking for a staycation this is our place. 24/7 pool access and a chill vibe, great staff. We can’t beat it!

    The heated 24 hr pool!

The property, staff, and amenities were great. The property itself could use some upkeep. Many seating areas had dusty and unkempt pillows/pads. It would seem more staff would help with this. I answered in previous question, but resort amenities are great. More "housekeeping" needed in outdoor areas..pickle ball & bocce ball courts...as well as fireplace outdoor seating near ice machine.
