I loved the pink and vibrant colors I didn’t like a lot of the rooms were not clean and had mold in the refrigerator glass in the floor carpets were dirty didn’t respond promptly through text message had to switch rooms 2x

The Paloma is a beautiful vintage property that represents the area well. The grounds are remarkably lush with mostly desert native and drought tolerant trees shrubs and vines. The architecture is beautiful. Ample parking! Some of the landscape is either heat stressed, or maintenance isn’t up to snuff. It’s wonderful The Paloma welcomes dogs — even poolside! — but doesn’t have enough trash cans to tidy up after dogs. Minor inconveniences, but the difference between 9 and 10.

Unbeknownst to us, apparently we were assigned an ADA room and the silicone at the bottom of the shower door was worn out and the water spilled onto the floor. My granddaughter slipped on the floor. Unacceptable that maintenance is not kept up, especially where it counts.

The only thing that turned me off was the bartender at the pool. It was giving RUDE. But everything else was perfect. No other complaints.
