Overall, it was a decent property. There were issues that I was disappointed wit 1. A lot of ants in the room when I arrived and then sent a maintenance person to spray chemicals all over the room and the couch, which was very upsetting. The water pressure was horrible! Hot water took forever to start as well....

It was the cleanest hotel I've ever been to.it was clean not only outside but also inside.All the furniture was new, all the appliances, everything was new and it was very pleasant.the pool and Jacuzzi were also clean.I've already started advertising your hotel to my friends and acquaintances. I think many people should know about your hotel.

We had a great stay, room was clean and the kitchen had some essentials even though we brought our own. The pool was clean and relaxing, we all enjoyed our stay and found it very relaxing. It would be nice if they offered late check without the $25 for every 30 minutes fee.

Maid service unavailable. I think we were lied to by front desk staff that the room we needed was dirty and we were not able to check in until almost 5pm. When we checked out today all the cleaning items were waiting in a tub by the front door. Then day before we were to check out key cards were deactivated for gate and front door. Was told person who checked us in made a *mistake* on checkout date, the same one that said it would take almost 3 hours to clean the condo. Make sure you are specific if you need a certain kind of room, if not front desk staff is very reluctant to help.

We will be back again.

The resort has multiple pools but it seems that they only upkeep the main pool, the smaller pools were dirty and murky. Check-in time was 4:00 PM, we arrived a t 4:00 PM, and the room was not ready, and they did not give us an estimated time for when the room would be ready. We were not offered a late checkout or anything else to compensate for their late check-in. Also the fridge had items left by the previous guests.

Liked the kitchenette and Laundry facilities. Units were spacious and clean. WiFi was not working in the units our entire stay, which was not great. Carport was far from our unit.

The pools could have been cleaner. Coffee maker broken, towel holders in the bathrooms were falling of the walls. The screen from the screen door wasn’t working properly, kept getting stuck. The tires on the bikes were flat. You couldn’t change the thermostat so it was either to hot or to cold. Stayed there years ago and it was so much nicer.
