We had a great stay, room was clean and the kitchen had some essentials even though we brought our own. The pool was clean and relaxing, we all enjoyed our stay and found it very relaxing. It would be nice if they offered late check without the $25 for every 30 minutes fee.

Maid service unavailable. I think we were lied to by front desk staff that the room we needed was dirty and we were not able to check in until almost 5pm. When we checked out today all the cleaning items were waiting in a tub by the front door. Then day before we were to check out key cards were deactivated for gate and front door. Was told person who checked us in made a *mistake* on checkout date, the same one that said it would take almost 3 hours to clean the condo. Make sure you are specific if you need a certain kind of room, if not front desk staff is very reluctant to help.

We will be back again.

The pools could have been cleaner. Coffee maker broken, towel holders in the bathrooms were falling of the walls. The screen from the screen door wasn’t working properly, kept getting stuck. The tires on the bikes were flat. You couldn’t change the thermostat so it was either to hot or to cold. Stayed there years ago and it was so much nicer.

this is a retirement venue

all very good thank you

With that in mind--- I think the word "Resort" is generous. It was more like a condo. I had hoped for a bit more of a vacation vibe, but it is sort of a suburb. Also wish the small cafe in the "club house" still existed. Would have been nice to get a coffee or a snack without leaving the property.

I would definitely go back to Oasis again!

Very well maintained property and grounds. Friendly staff

Our stay was wonderful! It was spacious and the grounds were so beautiful.

Room was not ready even at 4.30 pm. They gave me the wrong room number. TV remote control did not work. There was no shampoo. Garage was too small. Other than that, it was nice.

Beautiful spot. Clean basic condo. Beware a few things: the staff won’t help and they always lead with ‘no’. No, you can’t check in early. No, there’s no water in the lobby while you wait 6 hours to check in, etc. you can’t adjust the temp in the condos less than 72, so we were sweaty and over heated. Fall to turn in a key card? $2 charge. Need to get a clean towel? Pay a fee or pay to do your own laundry. The whole place just feels like you’re breaking a rule when you didn’t know the rule in a retirement community. So if you go, read the fine print when you check in, and try not to talk to the staff, and be prepared to sleep uncomfortably warm. And bus your own trash. Honestly if you have that mindset it’s fine. We just had no idea from the listing.

Rather than have services spray perfume which for me is worse than the fish we had to leave the doors open. Being I was with family in the next door condo I did not ask to change rooms.

This was a perfect match for family with small kids(4 and 6). It took one minute to get to the pool which is very kids friendly, lot of toys and closed community make it feel safe and relaxed. As a bonus point guava tree with fresh fruits. Keep in mind the place is something in between classic bed&breakfast and hotel. It was an unpleasant surprise that towels are not replaced and non clean if you stay is shorter than 9 days. Again this is more like airb&b rules not classic hotel one. But there is washer/dryer so not a big deal.

Always a great place to stay

At checkout, they threaten you with fines for every half hour you check out after 11am. Many options in PS, we won’t be back.

Great
