The Saguaro Palm Springs

The pool is amazing and great for a family swim. Little to no restrictions in the pool area. Any bed or chair are open, and I think the cabanas are too. The ground patio rooms are great for the pool access. Easy to door dash food to the lobby, the staff are super chill about it. Great place if you want to swim into the night and relax in a nice comfortable bed.

The music was horrendous. The Dj was not upbeat at all. Many people complained about the music to the dj and then the after the dj left they played this horrible elevator music through a speaker . Other than that it was great!!

The hotel is not really what you see in the pictures. It’s very old and outdated. If you are going for the pool forget it it’s hot and filter system is bad water is always dirty.

This stay was much, much better then the last stay!! The grounds were much better maintained. Our suite was absolutely gorgeous and made for a very special stay. However issues with the sinks or tubs draining this time and we dined at El Jefe on 3 different occasions and the food was fantastic. The only improvement I'd like to see is the ice machines fixed. Most of them were were not working or out of ice even first thing in the morning. Overall, this stay was leaps and bounds better then our previous one. We actually already booked a trip back for the end of this month.

I got a good night sleep and the beds were comfy.

Our girls trip stay at the saguaro was amazing. Centrally located, very close to downtown and the facility was so colorful and bright that we were constantly on a happy mood! The staff is very attentive and on top off any issues that were seen on the cameras a for instance our key card wasn’t working for us and as soon as we were about to go all the way to the office an employee walked up and gave us a new card. We will definitely stay at the saguaro again and again!

Pool is amazing. Great place to take your family to and enjoy the water in the Palm Springs sun.

This place is fun. Everyone goes for the pool and DJs.

Great entertainment options & delicious food & drinks. Good location with bikes that you can use to get around time. Location seems a bit outdated & was not the cleanest.

No towels at the pool even if you spend $100plus for a day bed or cabana. Murky water in the pool. Over flowing trash

The speed of the Wi-Fi Internet service is so slow it’s essentially useless. The television only offers basic cable. There’s no HBO, Netflix or any other service. You cannot browse through the cable channels with one press of the remote. Each press only advances the channel by one. So you’re constantly pressing the channel advance button over and over. It gets annoying.
