This was a great hotel. I had a wonderful bartender named Hugo that was at the el jefe restaurant. The breakfast sandwich was to die for it was absolutely amazing. It’s definitely a good hotel if you want to party and have a good time.

Hotel is old, dirty. Gross odors in the halls. There was a roach in my bathroom, the AC went out. It was “fixed” but not really fixed because it was hot all night and also made a weird noise all night. No one answers the front desk phone. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Very large beetle in our room

When I came in the receptionist was very unpolite overworked. When I walked to my room, there was a smell that I think it was the air conditioner and they had an issue with it. I got so sick that I got into my room and I couldn’t stop throwing up. The smell was so strong. I asked the cleaning staff to bring new towels. They were standing on the door. They never came through. The pool area was really dirty. The water was dirty. My patio was dirty. I asked to stop if they can. Please come and clean my room. No one ever came. When I asked the receptionist about taxi service. She was completely rude and not helpful at all. I had a horrible stay.

We arrived when the pool had a DJ. Pool was packed and music was blasting. Checked in 10 minutes before 4pm. Front desk staff was not friendly at all. Low energy. Just there to check you in and don't ask about anything else about the facility. She looks bothered. Also, room we got was in the back of the property. Elevator access in the pink area. No push carts available, only on the lobby area. Access was out of the way. Rooms was okay. Needs updating and walls are thin. You can hear people next door talking loud or arguing. Pool was packed. Water quality was cloudy. Need to check water filtration with that many people. Overall, if you have to stay for one night. Is okay. Multiple nights, I wouldn't suggest it.

Location and the pool. Staff checking was very friendly. The staff checking out was a grumpy older gentleman. The building itself was filthy. The property manager needs to do a walk around the building. There was trash around, the shrubbery was over grown into the walk way and the building and stairs need to be power washed. Also we had a king suite and there was only 1wash cloth. We asked housekeeping for another and she said that she is only allowed to put 1 in the room but gave up some weird makeup remover rags. She was nice so we gave her a huge tip just for trying to help.

Hotel is colored and well located, available bicycles are a bonus for visiting beautiful houses in the surrounding area. The music by the pool is very loud and doesn't stop all day: don't go to this hotel if you want to relax by the pool. We were charged $75 after our stay, even though we left the room spotless. We requested a detailed invoice, but despite repeated requests, we received no response and one month after our stay we still don't know why we were charged $75.

one of my favorite hotels to stay at in Palm Springs due to the clean rooms, friendly staff and amazing restaurant with the best happy hour menu to enjoy a quick and easy stay while in town.
