The speed of the Wi-Fi Internet service is so slow it’s essentially useless. The television only offers basic cable. There’s no HBO, Netflix or any other service. You cannot browse through the cable channels with one press of the remote. Each press only advances the channel by one. So you’re constantly pressing the channel advance button over and over. It gets annoying.

The room was pretty clean and clean towels were provided on call without an issue. The food at El Jefe restaurant was delicious!!! We ordered steak and eggs and it was so good. Pool party was fun but in the description it said 21 and over and that was not the case. There were tons of kids in the pool.

Had a good time but overall the room was old and the carpet was really dirty! The bathroom needs redone. There was no vending machine and they didn’t leave any waters!! Lastly! The pool chairs were extremely dirty, very old! Deff need to update some things

Great location! The overall hotel was dirty and not good up keeping but the pool party was fun and the room was cold which is huge

My family and I came to The Saguaro Hotel for the Disco fun party and it was amazing !! We will definitely come back and enjoy this beautiful property. The staff was wonderful and helpful especially Jisauri he has great customer service! I love the Saguaro l and I recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to have a great time here in Palm Springs.

Dirty, overflowing trash and everywhere, they ran out of towels. Paid $100 extra for a day bed with no towels or service. The rooms are dirty and unkept. The pool was dirty and warm. A thick film of white film in the pool.

Clean, fun quirky hotel with great vibe but needs a little refresh. Recommend more pool beds and an upgrade in the pool towels.

My only suggestion for improvement would be the rooms. While they are decent and perfectly fine for a stay, they are a bit outdated. I'd highly recommend considering removing the carpet and replacing it with modern flooring, which is what most hotels are doing these days. Outside of that, everything at this place was awesome—the people, the staff, all of it! I want to give a special shoutout to Ricky, our waiter at El Jefe Restaurant, and Mona, our bartender. Give them both a raise, they deserve it! They were the absolute sweetest and went out of their way to offer my friend and me extra comfort when we didn't even ask. We truly appreciate you all. Thank you so much—I will definitely be back in July to celebrate my birthday!

The staff here were sooo amazing, it was just kind of frustrating our sink was leaking everywhere and they kept having to come back and forth with tools so we felt like we couldn’t really leave the room and we were only there for a day

booked this room for a Coachella / girls weekend trip, was colorful fun. They had an outdoor bar and pool would stay again for the price really good breakfast in the restaurant downstairs in the morning.

Our room was perfect, the staff are so nice, we got dinner at el Jefe one night and it was so good!! We loooove the pool such a cute area !

The hotel is VERY colorful. It should be updated. The hotel wasn’t too dirty although a roach came out of a towel yikes! The DJ at the pool was great! I wouldn’t bring my kids here especially on a Friday or Saturday. Lots a partying, no complaints about that. The food was just ok to me and my husband. Overall my experience wasn’t bad but I’m sure there are better near by. Probably won’t stay here again.

We were placed in a first floor room and the walls and flooring is paper thin. We could hear the upstairs neighbors always all over the place at all hours of the night. The floor creaked like crazy. And we could hear the next door neighbors clearly. I don’t know when the hotel was built but it felt like the neighbors would come through the floor at times

Dirty room, dirty walls, thin walls you can hear your next door neighbors and there kids, expensive bar drinks ! Best part of the hotel stay was the pool party and dj. The bartender Juan was awesome he makes excellent drinks.
-
The property was nice but the doors to enter were unlocked all night . No need for your key card I like the pool and the lounge area around the pool. The rooms were nice but the carpet needs a deep clean to many dark spots

would not recommend staying here unless you like sketchy, dirty, hole in the wall type vibes. it was not as pictured, the dark purple carpet was disgusting, the room itself was dingy and the whole property was worn down. this place needs a serious reno, not just new paint and bright colors. my mom and I came for a girls trip and left after one night to go to a new hotel. not the relaxing vacation feel we were looking for at all. i’m convinced the 10/10 reviews are paid for.
