Atmosphere The jacuzzi didn’t work. The owner did not and has not responded to my text.

I hate to say this because it will book up all the time and be harder to get into but... I absolutely love this place. The staff (2) are wonderful, the breakfast is perfect and its a perfectly quiet place to relax. I love the pool and PS heat too so it's an added pleasure. Close to downtown PS and great restaurants.

This hotel is a hidden gem. It is a quaint quiet place that we totally enjoyed. Each morning it was wonderful to have breakfast by the pool and enjoy the many hummingbirds. We definitely will be back.

The ladies on site are a tremendous blessing to be a part of La Maison. The majestic palm trees at the hotel and all throughout the iconic city of Palm Springs are a must see

I booked an accessible room and received an email back saying I’d have an accessible room. I didn’t get one. The room we were given had a broken ceiling fan and our tv went out. We asked for an accessible room the next day and again the room they gave us was not accessible, had a broken ceiling fan and the toilet started flooding. The bed was extremely high off the ground and I couldn’t get in and off the bed without my husband lifting me and this was a hazard for me needing an accessible room. We had to purchase a fan for our room from Target. We were moved to a third room and again, not an accessible room and it had another high bed. We checked out and sent an email to the hotel requesting for some kind of financial compensation for our stay there. I waited almost 2 weeks and emailed again. No one responded to me. We were disappointed with the lack of communication with the hotel as well as not getting an accessible room with the shower, lower bed and toilet that I needed.

Amazing place, great staff and love that it’s Adults Only and open bar! Great variety of breakfast options and loved that the pool was heated and open 24/7! Room was as cold as I wanted it to be, will definitely be back, 10/10!!

We stay here 4-5 trips per year. It’s our go to in Palm Springs.

This hotel is quaint and reminiscent of the golden days of Palm Springs. Loved how many hummingbirds flew around the pool patio.

Beautiful hotel! Small, personal, and clean! The staff is amazing, waiting to help, and friendly. The hummingbirds flying everywhere are so fun!

Blanca and Sotera were associates. Great people to talk to as well as very accommodating if we had any needs
