Travelodge by Wyndham Palm Springs

Location close to downtown Ps.. nice neighborhood. Staff are so rude. Gave us a non smoking room that smells smoke.

People there are always nice

I didn’t like the property very much The property was very old. The people that were next door were terrifing. I came with the family, and did not sleep at all because I was scared that someone would knock on the door or make some sound or simular..

The location It had a musty smell the bed was uncomfortable the property was run down the neighbors were loud all night long and then we got locked out of our room on the 2nd day .

The rooms need to be updated. There was a lot of things in the room that were not functioning.

This place and the staff need more improvement, I had call for a simple question about how too get more towels the man that answers was not very nice and just said nope ' you need to come and get them at the office ☹️ the room it's self was not very clean, shower heads wasn't working well, found a Roche and no room service was given after two days staying The bed seem old and very uncomfortable the floor if you walked on it had like holes or something walking into the by the desk not good ..the dresser were dirty ,the faucet was moving around as you used it not good ....all in all very poor and bad with the name of your place ...

Good people , helpful front desk , clean room for price.

The water shut off randomly multiple times

Unsafe. Mold in rooms, drug deals in parking lot. Denied refund. Checked out immediately and did not stay a single night. Filed police report and sending pictures to the health department of active mold.
