The refrigerator was not working. Someone came once to fix it, but it still did not work properly, and it ended up freezing all of our food. The electrical outlets in the bathroom did not work at all. Worst of all, there were small cockroaches in the bathroom. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had.

It is a very outdated hotel, doesn’t live up to the pictures.

The pool I don’t like the room is terrible is invasive the cockroach no cleaning the room and humidity inside

the AC unit in my room 248 smelled like dirty water and they couldnt fix it or change me rooms or give me a discount

Cheap good location Dirty walls. Toilet was leaking and they didn’t fix it. Shower didn’t drain well. They didn’t have fresh towels when we needed it.

Room was very runned down. The room was not cleaned properly. Wall paper peeling everywhere, bathroom had what looked like roach droppings and the room smelled of residual smoke. The tub looked unclean and had left over smudges of lipstick from previous guests. The hotel only gives shared bottles of shampoo and body wash (which had mildew behind it. The bathroom door doesnt close you have to shove it to close and theres a hole in the door frame corner where u can see subfloor. We definitely will not be staying here ever again.
