Desert Isle of Palm Springs

My daughter and I stayed 3 nights. We had a great time. The pool was clean and the temperature perfect. The staff were all helpful, even switching our room so we could check in early. Thank you Julissa! Will be back!

The amenities were fantastic—we took full advantage of both the pool and the gym, and everything was clean and well maintained. We also appreciated the covered parking located right outside our room, which kept our car shaded from the desert heat. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well organized. The only minor issue we encountered was that one of the showers was out of body wash, and the soap dish hadn't been cleaned. Aside from that small oversight, everything else exceeded our expectations. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return on our next visit to Palm Springs. Thank you to the wonderful staff for making our first trip such a memorable one!

The only downside was that the bed wasn't very comfortable. Other than that, everything was great, and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Everything about our stay was perfect

After requesting a tank for BBQ, you have to go to front desk-for a spatula. Bring it with the tank! Hard Pillows on bed. Casting on living room TV. No regular tv. Bedroom regular tv only. This place has always been my go-to. It's changed for the worse. I won't be back. The office use to be amazing staff... Only one room key worked. Got locked out.

Out of the place I booked for our 10 days stay in state to state vacation this is by far our favourite place. We felt like we own a small house, The laundry area, the pool, the jacuzzi and our own bbq grill my Family was so happy. Though the place is outdated still good. I wish they change the restaurant menu’s on the table because is such a scam, the prices are from 10 years ago, when we went to a restaurant we paid more than what we expected, they used it as bait, I don’t mind paying the current price please remove them. I hope people will read my review. Though the restaurant we chose were friendly we just laughed about it. I also love the place coz it’s right next to Tjmaxx, of course I went shopping. The place is across a plaza.

This stay was the best out of 4 hotels we have stayed in Palm Springs the suite was incredible great kitchen 2 bathrooms and fantastic pool outside our suite . The establishment was clean and cozy hated to leave 😢

60 inch ceiling fan over the bed was fabulous in the one- hundred twelve degree heat, plus three headed shower was so nice & spacious ❤️

Wonderful experience! Staff were friendly and accommodating. The suite we stayed in was spotless when we arrived and everything from the beds, bathrooms, dining/living area was wonderful! Amazing and clean balcony with three loungers and a BBQ grill. Two pools for your convenience and a clean and cozy fitness center. I believe you get much more than what you pay for. We travel quite a bit and this place will probably go right to the top of the list!
