Staff was consistently great. Hotel is not the standard you’d expect in some ways (cleanliness of room or lounge chairs in adult pool area were filthy). Also their spa and main restaurant are closed multiple days during the week. In all, probably not worth it especially staying during the week.

This hotel was top of class. The rooms are beautiful and new. The buffet was wonderful. And the grounds are gorgeous. This property is one of our favorites in California.

Great place. Food was good, spa was great. Not too busy. Only comment is the adult pool area should have been better maintained and the service was not great, as in no service. There for 3 days and no one asked us if we wanted a menu. That’s a low bar. Regardless, the rooms were well maintained and sizeable, the grounds were spectacular.

The team at the adult pool was outstanding, the bar staff were friendly and attentive, valet service was seamless, and housekeeping went above and beyond. Every detail was handled with such professionalism, warmth, and care. This property truly sets the standard for luxury hospitality. The Ritz-Carlton, Rancho Mirage is a perfect example of what exceptional guest service should look like. Highly recommend!
