The room was nice , the pool was warm and clean. The room could use a ceiling fan or box fan. Other than that it was great!

Great restaurant and food. They do not stay open past 9p. Clean room, large indooor area with pool.

Has a decent breakfast but it ends too early, 9 am on weekends. All rooms face courtyard and pool. There will always be some screaming in the pool. Out of luck if one likes to sleep past 8 am. Great for families. Regardless it’s probably best place to stay in area.

I will admit upon pulling up to this place. The outside is a bit lackluster. I thought it was a motel initially because of all the outward facing doors, but once I stepped into the lobby, my position immediately changed very nice inside they have a courtyard and an amazing saltwater pool inside the courtyard. The restaurant has good food. Bar has good drinks. The rooms were very clean and very nice. The staff was beyond unhelpful and friendly.

Location Shower was terrible not much water came out of shower head. All exterior doors would slam when they closed.

Breakfast is amazing, best hotel breakfast. Plenty of space. My kids love the indoor pool and it’s so clean.

The lobby, restaurant and salt water pool We had a pet friendly room and it was outside the main facility. I understand. We have a miniature poodle and some of the dogs were large.

The staff was super friendly and helpful and the room was clean and quiet. The only negative: the restaurant was so understaffed and overwhelmed that they basically told me they couldn’t serve me (single) in the restaurant. They did however complete a to go order for me and the food was tasty!!

Check-in was simple, front desk staff was kind and offered recommendations when asked. Room was clean, housekeeping is offered daily which was nice, especially traveling with a dog! Breakfast buffet had plenty of tasteful options. Restaurant, Mulligans, on site was nice for dinner without leaving the property. Gym is small and does not have free weights, but does have a treadmill, bike, elliptical, and cable machine.

The free breakfast was AMAZING and the hotel gift shop was great also. I liked that we were right next to the swimming pool and could come into our room from our vehicle but could walk to the front desk inside the hotel. Overall, it was very nice. The mattresses were ok but not great.

Friendly staff. Clean crisp room. Great water pressure. Indoor pool. On site restaurant and bar. walking distance to other food options. Small gift shop in the lobby. No uber or taxi service in Raton.

The hotel staff were all very friendly. The room was clean. We had our dog and were able to have a ground floor room just steps from the dog friendly area outside. We will stay here again!
