Super 8 by Wyndham Raton

Not particularly attractive building but everything worked and was clean. Breakfast sparse but adequate. It was quiet. Staff OK and helpful. My stay was just fine.

Electrical outlets in room did not work room was missing fire detector. Shower was not cleaned along with toilet.

The facility is old but well maintained. The staff is helpful and friendly.

I could not recommend this motel. It was very old.

How you had to kick the bottom of the door and push hard against the door while making sure the key was still had a green light. The shower keep dripping all night long tried to stop it but was not able.

Exhaust fan didn’t work, shower made a loud noise when using like pipes were going to explode.

I'm sorry to say that there wasn't much to like. However, the young woman who checked us in was very nice and helpful. The price was reasonable. Breakfast was minimal. We ended up spending $15 at Mc Donalds next store. Outer door locks did not work on building and lighting in parking lot was poor. The whole outside looked run down. Inner building was rather dinghy and dark.

Commode, bath tub and wash basin were in close proximity with enough space to move and stand.

This place is old and rundown. It is independently owned so therefore no incentive to update anything. Very surprised that Wyndam would attach their name to a place that that is in such disarray.

Tap in the bath tub was not functioning properly( leaking). Breakfast was average. No indication which container had juice and milk etc.

N/A The bathroom sink stopper didn't work properly. The height of the shower head was so short that you had to bend over or scrunch down to wash your hair. The shower head was also so crusty that you couldn't adjust it. No where to work on a computer unless you were directly in front of the TV (within inches). Although none were seen, I wouldn't be surprised if bed bugs weren't present.

The Hotel is very cheap and you understand why when you arrive on site. The floors were very dirty, so much so that you have to brush off your feet before you get into bed as to not get dirt in the sheets. We started multiple nights and the rooms were never cleaned while we were there. Even after we requested the room to be cleaned, it never was.

The place is filthy from bedding to floors and multi colored white towels.

I walked in & was disgusted by the appearance and smell. I left, thanks Hotel.com for the warning.

There was one small towel for two guests!. THERE WAS warn thin sheets and pillow cases.on a sloped mattress. Also there was a loud air conditioner fan and a dilapidated scarey all flat tired minivan near front entrance!

Was passing through the area towing a trailer. Hotel is right off the highway, had room for trailer parking and Dennys is right around the corner for breakfast.

The appearance of the room was nice but the tub had a hole in it the manager had no clue that it had a hole or he did not care there was a water bubble in the ceiling of the restroom. Cereal is not a breakfast I had a do not disturb sign on the door and the mais still came in to the room

Friendliness staff and resolved any issues had right away. The location was kind of hidden it definitely needs to be updated. The bed was so so and not easy to plug in electronics, hearing aids etc.

Even though I had a reservation I was denied a room because my DL residence says I live in Raton. I do not, and have not for several years. My time is now devoted to travel. Therefore, I had to book a room in a competing establishment.
