Staff were great, pool and spa was enjoyable, but closed the second day. The property could use an upgrade. Carpet in hallways was clean but wrinkled. Bars in bathroom was rusted. I would stay again.

Booked early and chose this hotel because of the pool and hot tub exclusively, so we could lsoak and swim after 12 hr drive. and of course it broke down day before. also the most worn out mattresses i’ve ever seen, with coils poking out, It’s only a premium in price only. stay somewhere else

No elevator, toilet was still dirty. The toilet seat was actually still up with pee stains on it. Gross!

The pool and hot tub were nice after a day of driving. The shampoo and conditioner in our room were empty...Since they are bottles that stay in the shower seems like they hadn't been filled in a couple of weeks

The room was dated but fine. Breakfast was good. Pool and hot tub was great. The only complaint I really have is the refrigerator was not working

When I checked out the next morning after no sleep because of people coming into the room and trying to get in the room because they were all given the same room number, the staff asked me how was the stay. I explained everything and all she said was” Yeahhh… sorry about that. Hope you have a nice day” A sorry would have been acceptable for the first time someone walked in because of a staff error, but the second was unacceptable. Won’t stay here again

This hotel is very dated and a little run down. The front entrance does not have automatic opening doors and due to the small landing space upon entrance, this hotel is awkward to get luggage inside if you have several bags. The ceiling of our room had apparent water damage or signs of something that caused bulging spots. Sheet rock tape was peeling off on some seams in the ceiling. The metal fixtures all had rust and tarnish spots whether it be light fixtures, towel rods, room safe, etc. Window curtains were torn. The shower curtain was very dingy and also had a tear.

Fortunately the carpet appeared clean, other features were lacking--refrigerator wasn't operating, tub worn from age, sagging shower curtain rod couldn't keep curtain shut, all faucets and fixtures calcified and worn. Bed was hard, not comfortable. When I reported the shower curtain issue they appeared to fix it enough to help, and got the refrigerator working, but not until food inside was ruined. I will say breakfast was good.

Convenient stop. Staff were exceptional. Breakfast was decent. Comfort Inn Entrance light that could not be darkened out with windows curtains.

Close to the Wellington center Beds uncomfortable. But not my sleep number lol
