Breakfast was great, friendly staff, nice stay. Power was out in whole town but we were very well taken care of for our overnight stay; they didn't miss a beat! Power did come back on in the morning. Awesome facilities like pool and gym. So glad we stopped!

Very nice and comfortable ...

Breakfast was good and very comfortable with the seating, area was quiet even with a few people in there. Staff checked on food frequently and was very nice and helpful. Very nice and enjoyable. Location was good over all stay was very nice and I would stay there again. Front desk gals were amazing. The only thing I can find to complain about is the hot tub was down, not sure why it was, but that is the only thing I can find to complain about.

Convenience of room and parking lot. Easy to get dogs in and out of room without worrying about them walking through hallways or disturbing others. Room was very big and spacious. Staff was super friendly and down to earth. Common areas looked nice. Bed was sinking, some towels were dirty.

The breakfast itself was very good. The space itself was--carpet up the ramp to DR was awful, the furniture in DR was awful (dirty, torn and worn). A surprise given the other spaces in the hotel. The pool was lovely. The room was comfortable except for the lack of an updated toilet. Need new updated height on toilets. And the bath tub drained very slowly. Clean up and renew the DR from the entry to the furniture. Update your toilets---old and short.

The Lounge had good food. No elevator. It was only 2 stories but bringing luggage up and down the stairs was a bit annoying.

Very friendly and courteous staff, good dinner at on-site restaurant. Clean, quiet, comfortable room.

Outside and inside door access & parking in front of room Had trouble with the room key

This should definitely not be a designated Best Western. It was very disappointing. I don't remember.

Location We discovered the next morning our door did not lock. If you just pushed on it it would open. We asked for a first floor room but was told none were available. The parking lot did not indicate that at all.

It gave us a place to stay We upgraded to this Best Western so we could use the hot tub. As reported in previous ratings the pool and hot tub were not available. I was told the hotel hadn’t been able to obtain chemicals. This has gone on for a while with no notice on web site.

Nothing The location is horrible. We thought the area would be nicer but it was very run down with many buildings and houses shuttered. It didn’t seem like it was a safe area. The photos and reviews were misleading

The restaurant on the premises was very good and they even accommodated our vegetarian preferences! No elevator to the second floor

We were in room 156 which is a pet friendly room (traveling with a service dog), it is in desperate need of a renovation. The chairs are VERY worn and dirty. There is something on the wall next to the toilet and tub (I'm not sure if it needs to be repainted or simply cleaned). The interior hallway leading from our room was filthy (there were q-tips on the floor). I brought this to the attention of the front desk she said that the housekeepers are very busy. I'm not sure if all the rooms are in this poor condition or if we were given a room in bad shape because we were traveling with our dog.

Access from inside as well as outside. Also, just a very cozy, comfortable feel. Nope!
