Staff cheerful and helpful. Decent breakfast. Hallways and room had a moldy odor. AC didn’t work in our room, making our room musty and sleep uncomfortable. Sink water faucet missing part of its handle. No elevator to second floor and other accessibility issues.

A bed to sleep Desk staff were rude. I was charged twice and the old man at the desk told me to call booking and get it fix!!

Nice and quiet. Shower wash gel was empty the bed was a firm mattress. TV came on but didn't allow to change channels. Couldn't watch news or weather.

Breakfast was good. Location was good for the purpose we were there. The only thing I disliked was the water supply in the shower. Volume of water was not adjustable.

Staff was terrible. The hotel smelled horrible. The attached building was closed off with signed saying hazardous conditions. Do not enter.

Staff were decently nice. There was someone working construction during the middle of the night directly next to my room. The hallways smelt like thete was a gas leak. We left with headaches.

Price is really good and I prefer this kind of stuff for quick 1 night while travel. Breakfast muffins were stale, I am sure no one eat on that day. In bathroom too much moisture. If these 2 were not there I could give 5/5

Nothing, dirty, smelled, ceiling linking, sheet stain, clock didn't work, shower falling apart, just awful ? I should never went to that hell hole.

The welcoming staff were awesome. A little welcoming bag with water and peanuts was a great touch. I have no complaints.
