Very friendly and helpful staff.

Then in morning no lights in hall or bathroom in morning. And no hot water at all. So no shower or ability to clean up before leaving. At front desk didn't know what to do Bad help. And no offer to fix my big issue... Should get refund.

I arrived 30 minutes prior to check in time. Was told that no room was available. Staff cleaning. Not so. There was not a single staff member to be seen. Made me wait. To what purpose I do not know.

Toilet broken, shower water ran all nigjt. Refused a ground floor room because I had a service dog. We are disabled and had to carry luggage up very steep stairs. Miserable time

Reservation was made for my friend through Expedia. She arrives with our dog(requested pet friendly) and she was refused the room. No clear explanation. I called and was given, she hasn't shown up here, we don't have the reservation, there are no pet rooms left. Wouldn't help with the refund.

It was clean and comfortable in the beds were very nice. Staff was polite and helpful. The first room we were given wreaked of cigarette smoke. When we went to ask for a non-smoking room we were told all of them were non-smoking and I informed the desk attendant that someone had smoked in there so the second room they gave us also smelled like cigarette smoke. We used a whole bunch of hand sanitizing spray and opened up the window. The continental breakfast was not awesome. It was not worth my $98.

Just needed a bed.

Property is old and needs a refresh.

The room was clean and the bed was adequate. I'm wondering why I was giving a handicapped room, when I am quite healthy and taller than the mirrors. I only booked this for a night, to rest for a long drive, and if the issues with the breakfast didn't happen I would have raised my rating.

They had no problem with our dog.

Didn't have the breakfast, arrived during the middle of the night and left after that was already over The blanket was like paper and was as thin as the sheet it was covering, leaving ZERO comfort. It was that bad, and all the outlets were half covered, or were blocked by something

Worst bed mattress ever. It was noisy and lumpy like the mattress springs were broken.

The whole place stunk with a strong chemical smell. I nearly left in the middle of the night because it was so bad.

Clean room, good staff, exterior doors don't close...hallways cold when its -7 outside...

Nothing! Service was absolutely horrible! I arrived late at night with a nonrefundable reservation, but I could not get anyone to come to the front desk to check me in. I called the phone number 4 times during the 20 minutes I waited. The first time no one answered. The second time a guy answered. I'd woken him up. He said he'd be there in a second. I waited for at least 7 minutes and then called again. Same guy answered and said he'd be there in a few minutes. Five minutes later no one had shown up, so I called again. This time my call wasn't accepted. By the point, I gave up and went a few blocks to the Best Western (a much nicer hotel with someone at the front desk!).

Nothing Old needs repair,loud,breakfast was not up to par
